We are EXTREMELY picky about dental care and the customer service we receive for ourselves and our children. Many is the time (actually, most; were VERY picky) weve made one or two visits to an office and refused to return due to shoddy, impersonal and downright rude treatment. Visiting the dentist can be unnerving enough, dont you think? Well, Dr. Yorgey and his staff are simply the best weve ever seen in all aspects, customer service, personability and, oh yes, dental care. The doc rocks. I am the type of person who hates going to the dentist. Hate it... I brush my teeth many times per day & floss semi-regularly because I have ALWAYS hated going to the dentist. In fact, Ive only gone once every 5-7 years for the past 3 decades. That is, until I came across Dr. Yorgeys office. I now go ALMOST as frequently as recommended (just a busy life of work travel keeps me from it) and no longer have qualms about going. In fact, I have two root canals scheduled for this morning and I have (almost) no anxiety over it at all. They are THAT good. For the record, I am not a personal friend, associate, business partner, nor advertiser for Dr. Yorgey, I am simply a very satisfied patient whose entire family is thrilled to have he and his staff there for us and therefore (selfishly) want them to prosper and be there for us for a long, long time...

I have been going to Dr. Yorgey since 2009 when I lived within walking distance from his office! I have continued to come even though I now live an hour away. Dr. Yorgey and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful -- kind, courteous, understanding, and so professional. I feel like I am visiting friends whenever I go in. You are always fully informed about any work which he thinks needs to be done, but there is never any sales pitch. He will readily tell you if it is something which can be delayed and always has his staff check for what your insurance will cover. Dr. Yorgey even met me at 7:30 one morning to replace a temporary crown which fell off while I was waiting in the Atlanta airport. I had called from Atlanta explaining I was returning from a conference and would not arrive until after midnight and had a meeting at 8:30 am the next morning which would be followed by a Retirement Reception in my honor and then back to another meeting. I have lived in a number of areas around the state and Dr. Yorgey and his staff are the absolute best!

I hate going to the dentist, but dont mind going here at all. The entire staff is wonderful. Always very professional and efficient, but at the same time very personable. Ive never had to have much dental work since having filllings as a teenager/young adult, but now that I am getting older, there seems to always be something. Had two crowns recently --- it was a breeze. When the alignment was off, they had me come in the very same day I called and had it corrected in just a few minutes. I have plenty more to do and will continue to have Dr. Yorgey and his staff take care of it.

Ive been around the country and these guys are by far my favorite dental practice. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Dr. Yorgey is an excellent dentist who doesnt mind taking the time to explain procedures. I had my first ever root canal here and frankly, I dont know what every whines about; either Dr. Yorgey is a far superior dentist or everyone elses dentist is doing it wrong (I suspect its the former).

I took my fiance in for an emergency tooth extraction and Dr Yorgey and his staff were wonderful. My fiance ended up getting a dry socket and we came back, with no charge, for Dr Yorgey to take a look. I would highly recommend this dentist to friends and family.
