I regret going there. I had a gum problem and he said you need a deep gum cleaning. They said $800 for a service which was exactly a regular cleaning which doesnt cost more than $90. I have done cleaning before and I know how it works.That is not fare! Also my teeth needed a crown. He put crown but I had pain from the first day and pain never goes away and I cannot chew with it. NOW he is telling me it needs root canal!!! Do you call it a professional work!!! Why shouldnt you take care of it before putting the crown. I reminded everybody that I am afraid my teeth need root-canal after just putting the crown, but they assured me that it will not happen. This is not professional and caring about patients who trust you. A caring dentist treats others teeth/ dental problem the way that he would behave with his own teeth/problem. Not just doing a <>. It seems that I paid money to put crown to create chewing pain (which I didnt have before) for myself and not being able to use my teeth after that. Now he is behaving backward, referring me to root-canal specialist. This situation should have been considered from the first place. His way of treatment caused me lots of problems. This is not admired by any patients.

I visited Matt Stratman Family Dentistry to have him evaluate me for an implant for a previously extracted tooth. Matt and his staff were fantastic. His office is clean and bright and even offers TV, juice, and coffee in the waiting room to help families and patients while they wait. Matt is very Professional, and his office utilizes cutting edge technology like a machine that takes a scan of your entire mouth instead of singular Xrays, as well as on-site crown manufacture which is amazing. I was very surprised that he could do all of this in-house, as previous dentists I have been to have had to send out for this sort of service. He installed my implant and replaced an old and failing crown for me which has made such a difference in my life. I can now smile and feel confidant that people are not judging me based on how my teeth appear. I highly recommend Matt and his office to anyone needing dental work. He and his staff make the process easy and comfortable and the results are outstanding! Thank you for the wonderful work!

Went to this dentist office to do a new patient exam because I was afraid I might have had a cavity. After having done the exam and x-rays, I was told I had 2 cavities that needed fillings. I went to another dentist to get a 2nd opinion and was told by the assistant and the dentist himself that I didnt have cavities in either of the 2 teeth and did not need fillings because they didnt see anything in the x-rays or the teeth themselves that warranted fillings. On top of this, the assistant or whomever wrote up the treatment plan wrote the wrong tooth on the paper! I looked up tooth charts and also confirmed with the 2nd dentist that the tooth they claimed had a cavity and needed a filling had a root canal done and crown put on it 5 years ago... The other had absolutely nothing wrong with it!

i had a dental emergency on monday afternoon. after calling many dentists i decided to try dr. stratmans office. a very cheerful lady named Jerry answered and was helpful from the very beginning. ( I had lost a front tooth ) not only that. she was truly sympathetic to my situation. she was able to get me in early the next morning. then, it only gets better. dr stratman realized he could fix it in the office himself and it would only take 45 min. he held true to his word and it was done on time. so..... in my opinion this office and all its staff and dr stratman rate 10 in my eyes. all personnel were just as nice as can be. this is a pleasant environment for an otherwise sometimes unpleasant visit. iam so grateful i found them. and i will happily refer anyone who aks about a dental office,.

I went here as a new patient this last week Thursday. Dr. Stratman is amazing at what he does, very kind and compassionate, and doesnt try to feed you unnecessary work. I had gotten an opinion that one tooth needed a root canal, but he evaluated and said it could just be a simple filling. He looks out for the patient, first! I scheduled a follow up for 2 weeks to go back to get an extraction done, and over the weekend the tooth abscessed in a major way. They quickly got me set up with antibiotics to help take care of that in time for my follow up. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, also! I have already recommended this office to several of my friends who are in the market for a new dentist. Thank you, Doctor Stratman and team!!

After years of horrible experiences with dentists in Tucson I went here based on the good reputation among friends of friends and good reviews online. This was the best dental experience I have had since I was a small child. The whole office was incredibly friendly and Dr. Stratman was extremely nice, communicated very clearly and made me very comfortable. He finished fixing my broken tooth before I even thought he was getting going and the result was perfect the first time. They left me with a smile because of their friendliness and quality of work and I already have an appointment to get a cleaning tomorrow. I cant express how nice it is to feel happy about a dentist and what a relief it is to look forward to going back.

I went to Stratton Family Dentistry with alot of reservation. I absolutely hate going to the dentist. The staff at Stratton Family Dentistry was super friendly and attentive and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I had a cleaning from a wonderful hygienist. She was super gentle and talked to me the entire time to ensure my comfort. After the cleaning I had two cavities taken care of by a wonderful doctor that too talked to me the entire time and ensured I was comfortable. I am signing my entire family up with them!! If you need dental work done these are the people to see. Dont just take my word for it see for yourself!

The staff at Stratman are, well, awesome! Including Dr. Stratman himself. My experience there is FAR better than that of my previous dentist (based out of California). My Stratman experience includes the prep and placement of bridges on both sides of my lower jaw along with more minor work and semi-annual cleanings. Everyone is not only professional, but also warm, friendly and caring! I actually look forward to each and every visit!! Not to mention the fact that they can hold an intelligent conversation and laugh at my jokes! I highly recommend Stratman Family Dentistry. You wont be disappointed and will never go anywhere else!!

I just returned from my first office visit with Dr. Stratman. I have to give the entire staff an A+. Everyone was efficient, friendly and competent. The equipment is state of the art- the very latest. I went in expecting to just have x rays and evaluations as a new patient. But Dr. Stratman found a small cavity, was able to fill it on the spot with no pain and no anesthetic (although he offered it if I needed it, but I didnt need it) and by agreeing to wait just 20 minutes, they were able to give me a tooth cleaning as well. The pricing was very reasonable. I definitely would recommend Dr. Stratman and his staff.
