I have taken my children to Little Smiles for two years and have had great experiences with the Dentist and the Dental Hygenist on the staff. However, the office staff, starting with the manager all the way to the receptionist, does not offer "customer service" as part of the good dental experience. The office staff is very rushed, rude and inconvienanced if there is any question or problem regarding insurance or scheduling. I will not be returning to Little Smiles and I would urge any parent that values your childrens exposure to professionalism to do the same.

For as nerve wrecking as an event, my child had a great experience at this office. I was allowed to be walked back to the room my son was having his teeth fixed in, and was able to look through the glass doors and be reasured that my child was doing fine. My son did very well with his medications he had never been sedated before and he remained calm, given he was a little loopy, he was the same old him when we got home. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a childrens dentist and would take my son back for any work needing to be done in the future.

Dr. Baker is a god send! I wish I would have gone to her before I tramatized my kids at dentistry for little folks. My daughter has had 3 cavities all done by them with sedation, sometimes I get to go back, some times I dont. But either way my 3yr old asks for a hugs from the staff when she leaves everytime, half the time she doesnt want to leave. Dr. Baker usually carries my 18 mth around with her if she isnt busy. He loves her. I have and will continue to suggest her to family and friends. Yes sometimes the receptionist is slow, but its worth it!

I took my son to get some work done at the age of 3yrs old. They will not let you go back to watch. They restrain them like a mental hospital does. My son came out scared to death and he even wet his pants. He sat down an wouldnt even talk to me like he was affraid to talk. I dont think you should be aloud to treat kids that way at all. I will drive two hours to take my kids to the dentist so I will at least be able to protect them from things like that.

Horrible customer service. Office staff is very rude and unprofessional. I have a friend who also stopped going because they made racist comments while she was trying to talk to them about her childs experience. Not very professional. Doesnt surprise me how the only good ratings for them are written by general users, probably the staff who works there. If reviews mean anything to you, I urge you to find another dentist.

Totally unprofessional! Originally said I could go back with my child, then changed it at the last minute. And told me that I should find another dentist if I didnt like that. Makes you wonder... if they wont let you go back... what are they doing that they dont want you to see? I do not trust that they are honest , and I believe that they strap the children down in a papoose.

These guys are awesome. I took my children here for the first time a few months ago. My son went through it like a rockstar and loved it. My daughter on the other hand was scared. She cried for 30 minutes but the ladies were patient, soothing, and encouraging. My daughter finally let them in and she now likes dentist visits. Not to mention the prizes!

Staff is very friendly and are clear as to what procedures they will do on your child. My two smaller kids come out smiling and have not once told me they were frightened. Another lil plus I liked, if you have only one kiddo your needing take take in, they have a cozy n quiet parents waiting area :-) All in all I appreciate Lil Smiles services.

Dr Tatum-Baker is excellent for children. She is kind & explains procedures thoroughly. All 3 of my children had her as their dentist until they turned 18. As a result, no cavities. If one started, Dr Baker would put a seal to prevent further decay. I recommend her for any parent looking for a dentist for their children.

Dr. Baker is blessed by GOD himself to be working with people especially children. She is so personable and patient. Her staff that has been with her from the start is one of a kind and just as kind hearted. The office is very kid friendly and doesnt look like a dentist office which is comforting to the kids.

They were very caring for my grand-daughter. They explained the procedure they were doing and the effects of laughing gas. They let me hold my grand-daughters hand while they were doing the pricedure to let her know, I was there with her, to reassure her, she was not alone.

The office fit me in same day when my 5 year old daughter fell and knocked out a tooth. I had peace of mind after an X-ray. Dr. Ionescu was patient with my daughter and clear in his explanation to me.
