I have really bad eczema and at first the medicine they had me using was making my skin clear and smooth but when I ran out of it , my skin was at its worst and it never been that bad in my life, so I went back to get a refill but they said I had to have appt first to get a refill so I tried to get an appt but then they said I have to pay 50$ because of their late/miss appt fee. But I never missed an appt she gave me the date I so called "missed" and that was the same date they wouldnt let me in because my insurance didnt cover it, so I had to come out of pocket but at the time I didnt know it so I couldnt go because I didnt have the money but later I got everything situated and paid it off but since I didnt go on that date they are trying to charge me 50$ , and Im not about to do that I will be looking for another dermatologist in the area.

I have been to Dr. Rogers 3 times and my acne is stil constantly reocurring. I been prescribed 3 different things, 2 did not work. The last prescription I could not afford to get so my acne has gotten worse. I was prescribed Doxycycline which i was taking but ran and out and they refuse to write me a refill unless i come in for another $40 co-pay visit which right now i dont have. I felt like i was being used as a guinea pig. You would think by the 3rd visit he would now something definate and give me the correct meds for my acne. I am just very dissappointed with Rogers Dermatology and I am in the process of trying to find another Dermatologist hopefully one thats a little closer to my residence/area.

After ten years of recurring skin problems and weak diagnoses, Dr. Rogers walked into the examination and identified my skin problem in seconds (and with confidence I only wish I could have with other specialists) and prescribed a combined treatment plan that is quickly eliminating a serious and socially encroaching skin condition. I was even able to make a same day appointment for my emergency. I would recommend him to anyone!

Was terrible he walked in didnt even glance at my acne prescribed me acutane with out asking if i was comfortable taking and told me to sign the papers they took blood and sent me on my way its terriable i wasnt able to ask questions nurses were rude

Horrible flexability. Charges alot just to reschedule your appointment or if you are late by a couple min. No thanks!! Better choices out there.
