Worst. Experience. Ever. 1st time waited 10 min standing in line to check in. Waited 30 more min to see doctor. 20 min wait once inside. Got an antibiotic. Illness worsened, 2 weeks later came back. This time had a 3pm appt. Waited with a screaming 18 month old sick child another 10 min to check in, this time waited 1 hour 50 min to get in. Another 20 min wait once inside 20 more min. Got a stronger antibiotic. 1 week later now child has severe rash. Came in as a walk in. Was told they could make an appointment in 2 hours. I wanted to have her seen sooner than that, so asked for the records of our last visit to take to urgent care. They said no problem its just $1 a page! This place is like a cattle call. They overbook their appointments, take walkins in front of said appointments, on top of that the front desk is so rude and impersonal. It really feels like going to a county clinic. Its also dirty and the floors are sticky. Doctors dont seem to take proper time to accurately assess the children. Its obvious that with too many appointments and not enough staff, this office is truly all about the almighty $$$ than the wellness of their patients. I cant shout to you parents loud enough to STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I just had my first son on January 20,2013 and on January 25,2013 was his first appointment with her and the office was really close by and easy to find . The lady at the front desk was really nice (Shannon) and come to find out she is my cousin that Ive never met... Dr.Baldwin was fast to see my little Dominic (5days old now) she went over every part of his body and did all the test to make sure he was growing normal rate... She answered all 20 of my questions without being annoyed with me asking a lot... overall I love her office and her staff and so far she is great... I even had called her on Saturday and about 15-30mins later she called me back quickly... this is the doctor to see n take your kids to when there is an emergency or any concerns you have with your children or babies .. I highly recommend her to anyone..

I called Dr. Baldwin on a Sunday for an issue with my 14 year old daughter and left a voice mail with symptons. I never had called her on a Sunday and did not have any expectations. We had stopped to get gas on our way to the Brandon Hospital and I received a call from Dr. Baldwin within 30 minutes of my initial call. She advised where to go to get quicker service at a lower cost, and advised to call her office in the morning to get an appointment that day. A verey good experience overall. I would recommend Dr. Baldwin to anyone who would ask. Tim Williams - Tampa

I been taking my kids there for a long time. my dont get sick too much when i they do they always me come in that day. I like she the only doctor like most place there are 3 doctor it a very happy place.

Dr baldwin is one of the best pediatric doctors in riverview fl my daughter has been going there since she was born they r super nice n take very good care of the patients
