I could not be any happier with the outcome of this visit. I had extream pain in my upper left side. The veterans hospital would not have been able to get me in until Monday. This establishment was able to get me in right away! Within the hour! Their prices are extreamly fair for anyone paying out of pocket! One of the most honest dentists I have ever had. not to mention everything went smoother then any dental work I have ever had while I was in the military. The entire staff here was polite, professional and just amazing overall. I will definitely consider this dental office for any future dental emergencies that I may have when I cant wait around for the VA. I will also consider this dental office for any dental work that the VA wont cover at the VA medical center. If your a veteran and in pain and do not have any insurance other then at the VA, I strongly suggest you give this place a shot! Anyone else with or without insurance, I highly recommend this place!

Very disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism. I was told to come in due to pain and discomfort. I got there at 9:30 am and did not leave until 2pm. There is no sense of privacy and you can here the doctor discussing all of your business. And after waiting forever, he was very rough with my mouth and very quick to move on to the next patient and gave hardly any explanation as to what was going on or what the next step would be...and I clearly had a mouth full of problems. He said if i would wait another he would talk to me...but after being in there for 4.5 hours and the doctor actually spending ten minutes on me in total its just best to move on. The Doctor told me that I over-reacted about the level of pain that I was in...Really how professional is that? Not so much! Found a much more suitable and professional dental office on Heritage Drive. I normally give people a pass but my overall experience there was NOT pleasant.

Even though I am scared to death of going to the dentist I think I finally found one that doesnt scare me. The dental staff are super nice and you could tell they genuinely cared about you as a patient. I had some very bad experiences with a dentist when I was younger so it had been many years since I had been. I first saw the hygienist who was really friendly and did an AMAZING JOB cleaning my teeth. When she was finished my teeth had never felt so clean. Because my mouth had been let go for so long I needed a lot of dental work but the hygienist was really helpful at going over what she thought the doctor might recommend and calming my fears. After I had a general idea from hygienist as to what kind of work I was going to need the doctor came in a gave me a thorough rundown of my treatment options and explaining all the procedures. BEST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!!!!!

Hi Dr. Chris, Thank you for the great job and care you gave me when my tooth abscessed last last week. I was in so much pain and your staff was wonderful in giving me an appointment quickly so that my pain would be relieved. As always, your diagnosis was right on and I am feeling 100% better. You were were empathetic to my situation. I had just gone through a traumatic experience in my life and you got me in and out of the office as quickly as possible, and helped me through it with taking the time to speak with me. I dont have to worry when I come into the office about finances because you are willing to take payments when someone has no dental insurance. That is something you dont find today in dental offices. A patient usually has to pay in full with a credit card. Again, many thanks to you and your staff for the outstanding care I received.

BEWARE and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Id give less than 1 star if it were possible. He performed a WhisperJet air abrasion procedure for 1 of the cavities he said I had (it turned out that I never had any) that landed me in the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital where they monitored me for a potential fatal embolism!! Despite my many requests when the incident happened to call 911 as I couldnt see or breathe well, my husband had to be the one to take me to the ER where I was admitted and monitored by a cardiac thoracic surgeon. He has a form in the new patient paperwork that infers that you may not sue but Ive consulted with legal entities who have confirmed that even if you have signed that form, you may still be able to settle for any damages this man may have caused you or your loved ones.

On two recent occasions I have been completely satisfied with my visits to Dr. Rohrbachs office. The first time I came in just to have them assess my mouth to see what cavities I had and would need to be filled, and they filled a few of them on the spot. The second time, I chipped a tooth and went in on short notice just to have them look at it, and they ended up repairing it before I left. They are quick and do great work. Dont expect them to take care of you without notice, just dont be surprised if they do. I also ended up paying less than I presumed, due to their low pricing. But their cheap pricing is in no way reflected in their quality of work. Phenomenal work, wonderful people.

I saw Dr. Rohrbach today at his Pottstown office. I have visited many dentist in my lifetime, and I can truly say that I have never met a dentist like Dr. Rohrbach, who is not only thorough and professional, but he is also a man of God who is kind, honest, and gentle. I also like the fact that he does it all: root canals, implants, crowns, etc., all -in-house! In addition, upon my arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by every member of his staff who took very good care of me. I was very impressed with the "welcoming" and peaceful decorum and cleanliness of the entire office. I will continue to make the one (1) hour drive to see Dr. Rohrbach because hes truly an answer to my prayers!

Absolutely the best dentist ever. He is super personable and just a sweetheart. He has a very calming spirit which is so nice in a dentist. Just had to have a tooth extraction which already had a root canal in it and he did an amazing job making sure I was as comfortable as I could be during the procedure. I drove 80 miles round trip just to have him do the procedure! Thank you Doctor Rohrbach

Just called to set up a payment plan with the receptionist and forgot my wallet in my car so asked if i could call her back. She laughed and made a comment about how i wasnt going to call her back. This place is really unprofessional and ive spent hundreds of dollars to have my teeth fixed and now i have to go get another dentist to fix what they messed up.

Great dental work and a painless atmosphere. I have alot of anxiety with dental work and I was very scared to go to the appointment today but knew I had to. It was alot better then I thought it would be. I was happy to get all the work knocked out and it was all pain free. Great staff and and a caring dentist. Thank you! I will be back.
