I just recently visited Wahl Dentistry at thier new location on route 202 concord pike. I walked in and was seen promptly. Filled out the necessary paperwork and they did all the leg work to verify my insurance coverage as I had forgotten my insurance card. I had some xrays gotten recommendations of the work needed and a teeth cleaning. I spoke with a few of the staff and they were all proffessional and helpful and curteous and Dr Wahl himself was very concerned with my comfort and satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone who is nervous or anxious about seeing a dentist. I was very anxious as my last experience with a diffrent dentist was not very nice but very memorable. Dr. Wahls office has changed that perception for me.

They will not admit when they messed up or apologize. Gave my appointment to someone else when I was there ample time before my appointment. Then when they bring you back after a half hour of sitting and do the X-ray you will sit for another 23 minutes to be exact before getting up and being pissed. Then they want to say "well you just have to wait" when they gave my 11:30 appointment to a 12:15 person and then call back 10 people and I have to ask if they are even going to see me today. Pathetic practice thats over booking and not treating patients well. Good luck if you go there. (Mind you I just came in for a normal cleaning and X-Ray and ended up with this mess and wast of time. Never again will I be back)

The only great Dentist here is Dr Jean Wahl!!-shes very passionate, EXTREMELY easy to talk to, doesnt rush you, explains everything thoughly, gental, charismatic, Knowledgeable & Personable!- with all that said, she did my work which was great but it not what I thought it was gonna be & im Not too happy... paid lots of money. The other thing that made me sad was when she told me I need so much done she wasnt even sure where to start (no punt intended)... made me feel kinda embarrassed.

Went in for an emergency root canal, same day appointment, super friendly, follow up phone calls to make sure Im okay, and honest! They refunded me money that the insurance took their sweet time to pay when they couldve kept it, and it was a decent amount too!
