Whatever you do please do not go to him. His staff is so rude. When I first went they were nice however, when I asked how much I have to pay they said "oh we wont know until you are done" I felt for that. That is not true they were supposed to have a percentage idea. Second, I told him I had pain on my right side of the body. I thought it was my teeth. It never was I found out later it was my arm all along. As a professional dentist he should have known that the pain was not my teeth. The one that he decided to fix was a dead tooth. He took off my crown and redid the root canal.For what reason it was a dead tooth which means there shouldnt have been any feeling there. As a dentist with experience he shouldve known better. Ask me more questions dont just assume its a dead teeth. I never knew that when you have a root canal your tooth is pretty much dead no feeling. I wouldve stopped him but now I am stuck paying for a tooth that shouldve never been touched in the first place. The staff never told me the cost upfront and he is not good at educating his clients. I will never go to him. Oh also, when I kept calling the office to get my x-ray and they would not pick up the phone because my bill went to the collection agency. At the end of the day you cant deny that. Everyone has the right to get access to their x-rays. I had to drive down after calling five times. Very dishonest and rude. All about money!!!!!

I just had my first procedure with Dr. Robbins today. Im am so happy with my experience with him and his staff. They were all very friendly and very good at what they do. I felt very confident in everything from my dental work to working with Nina who worked with my insurance company. She was so thorough and up front about all the costs. I have seen alot of dentists over the years and I am so glad to have finally found one who knows what they are doing. On another note Dr. Robbins was very knowledgeable about the dangers of mercury fillings and had removed two of mine very safely and efficiently today. I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next dentist appointment!

Going to the dentist has always been a dreaded time for me. So much so, that it has traditionally been YEARS between visits. This has also added to my dread, as when I did get up enough courage to go, I was not always received well by staff at other dental offices. Dr. Robbins and his staff were nothing but pleasant, kind, considerate, gentle and helpful throughout my 5 visit process. Why and how they do what they do was explained thoroughly, and during each visit, their friendly manner and conversation soothed my soul! I would recommend them to anyone!

If your looking for a dentist who is intimately familiar with and passionate about performing timely, appropriate and most importantly, non-toxic dental work to a very high standard youve found it. If youre looking for A+++ customer service to compliment the fantastic dental work youve found that as well. Dr. Robbins dental office staff is extraordinary, always friendly and goes above and beyond expectations to be helpful when dealing with insurance carriers, billing etc. Dr. Robbins and his staff are top class, highly recommended !

Im a new patient and I have had positive experiences on my first two visits to Dr. Robbins office. Very nice staff. They take the time to explain everything. They call with reminders. Dr Robbins is very knowledgeable. They take a wholistic approach. I have been having back problems so while I was getting my teeth cleaned the hygienist offered to stop several times so I could get up and walk around to ease my discomfort.

Ive been going to Dr. Robbins for over ten years now, and my experience has been consistently incredible. I get a strong sense that hes extremely focused on my overall and long-term health, and that he takes pride in the quality craftsmanship of his work. On top of that, the customer-service is great - his whole staff contributes to an atmosphere of care and comfort for the patient thats second to none.

I went to Dr. Robbins for a better part of two years. He recommended inlay crowns, ensuring me that that was best approach. Now three years later I have to replace the inlay crowns with full crowns because of the poor job he did on the inlays. Also, I spent well over 10k on his services and simply expected better. Real shame as he and staff are extremely nice.

His last name says it all. I took my wife here a few years ago. She was charged $400 for a consult and x rays. They forced here to buy his rediculous book and tried to hard sell her on vitamins without our doctors review. The office technology is outdated and the staff is incompetent. Dont be fooled by all the "holistic" language. This doctor is a joke.

I was looking for an Exton Dentist and I was Thrilled to meet Dr. Donald Robbins. I suffered most of my adult life with chronic headaches and now they are gone since my mercury filled silver fillings were removed. Your office and staff is the friendliest dental staff ever!

My family and I live in Landenberg Pa which is about 50 minutes away from Dr. Robbins office. He is the most knowledgeable,informative, and best denist we have ever had. We have been seeing Dr.Robbins for 5+ years now and all we can say is he is worth the trip!
