First I must tell you that I am the worst patient in the world!!!! Prob the most difficult patient to deal with as well as I never show up half the time and yet I have the worst teeth in the world. Dr JC Patel and Dr Dungi Especially DR DUNGI and his whole staff have been so amazing to me! That is actually putting it mildly! My phobia is so bad that it has taken him over 2 hours to do a cavity and he was so patient and very understanding as well as his techs. Deanna is the office manager and she runs a tight ship there but always seemed to work with me in my case of emergency. I drive about a hour to go to the dentist and have many appointments but the service I found there was so worth every second of the travel. Dr Dungi is the most thorough Dentist I have every been with as well as he is a perfectionist he is very concerned about the well being of my mouth and has done many things to help preserve my teeth as well saved me so much money. He was honest with my needs as well as he was with the results. I have had a lot of dental work done with him and I am so happy to say I can smile now with teeth showing. He and his staff were very happy for me as well when we get to the done this project I am sure that will be happy it is over! I cant recommend this dentist more than I do trust me if your anything like me and have fear of the dentist go to them I promise you if you get yourself the courage to sit in the chair your in great hands and you will wish you didnt put off your teeth for so long. I am so happy to say this office is #1 !!!Thanks so much Dr Dungi and his crew from my heart I am so happy that I was sent to you guys. Trust me your in great hands listen to his plans for your mouth and let him do his job his way and you will be beautiful and smily all the time when he is finished!!! And Sue I am sorry to have to call you out on this but your review is not accurate. The doors are open to the exam rooms and Honey hate to say it but most dentists dont even have a door to close. The XRays are done in a room that people can see in too but it only to look at your head because seats are backwards. The exam rooms are private you cannot see in them at all and if you asked they surely would of closed the door for you. The building is a bit dark and lacking personality but as for the neatness and cleanliness of the building your not accurate!!!!! The bathrooms always have toilet paper and towels and smell nice as well as the rooms! IT is not the ritz carlton but it is clean. The tv is in the waiting area for our comfort and is never very loud and if asked to lower I am sure that they would of done it for you. The exam rooms are quite except for the backround music that they play which helps distract people like me and its pretty hip music for old person like me. So I would not really listen to Sue because if this was all true what she said then why would nt she of requested that the music be lowered and that the door be closed. You need to ask someone before you write bad review. You were probably told by the DR that you needed to take better care of your mouth and no BLAH BLAH BLAH he cared! SO BLAH BLAH BLAH to your review Sue. And I do not work there not family I am a customer just like you and also had the lecture you received but I was actually touched because he was the first Dentist to ever really tell me in detail how to clean ,y teeth and what too use as mouthwash. So I disagree and you should not listen to that review if what she said was true then why did you not only wait 30min but also get teeth worked on in a dirty office?

Long drawn out speech about taking better care of your teeth. blah blah blah.....I only came here because of my insurance. just give me a check up/xrays and be done with it. Waited over an hour in the waiting room , No one ever came out and said the dr. will be late, would you like to re schedule. we ask at the desk, how much longer do we have to wait? she said a half hour.......no thank you!!! The office is dim, smelly and loud from the tv. its not clean and all the doors are wide open, even where the exam room is, the front door and back door are accessable and the whole building is wide open and unsafe and dingy. Do not go here

Waited for an hour before seeing a receptionist. Waited another hour before being seen. Very unprofessional, run, run, run away from these guys.
