The staff at Dr. McSurdy and Dr. Pavlow are simply the best. We came from another practice in midstream due to slow progress and dissatisfaction. By contrast, The Team here at Smile Specialists are friendly, informed and involved! The modern setting of the offices are clean and bright and there are happy faces all around. And that goes not just for the front of the office but even those you don’t see as often. Literally everyone here seems deeply vested in turning out the greatest result possible. They have really made the orthodontia process into a fun event. My daughters are actually typically psyched to come to have their braces adjusted because it truly is a fun atmosphere with giveaways and games, etc... As far as the Orthodontists, I don’t think you could ask for a more professional Doctor/Orthodontist. Both McSurdy and Pavlow are hands on, attentive and keep you posted of every move, every step of the way. From the moment you enter the office until the moment you leave, you know that you and your children are in the best of hands. My eldest daughters braces came off very quickly after we came to this practice, even though there was so much to correct due to the negligence of the former practice. The doctors identified every issue and now my daughter has a perfect bite and smile!!! Thanks to the entire team. I highly recommend this practice. 5 stars!

The Doctors and staff are amazing and they make you feel very comfortable. Absolutely no pressure at all.My son was very nervous but as soon as Jackie(who was wonderful)took him back and he met Dr. Pavlow who was very nice and compassionate he felt much better and excited to get his braces on. They explained everything about treatment and all the extras and rewards you get every visit. Ashley went above and beyond to accommodate our financial needs and I would recommend this office to anyone!

We love Dr. McSurdy! The experience of getting braces can be a scary one, but the whole staff at McSurdy Orthodontics has been wonderful! The gals always explain what theyre doing each step of the way which is excellent. The offices are clean and tidy and theres always a fun contest or game for the kids to do while they wait for their appointment. Highly recommend!!!!

I was able to make a consult appointment within our time frame. You can go to appointments in either location. Appointment was on time and we finished in the hour estimate as told on phone. We were so impressed we scheduled for braces to be put on the next day. This is the fourth child getting braces and had the most informative consult.

The open airy layout of the office in both locations should be emulated by all other practitioners. Every staff member is pleasant and already cheery. Scheduling is occasionally difficult perhaps due to the large volume of patients the office care for.
