We should have read the other negative review before going here. The staff seemed friendly and the vet seemed capable, but they really are overpriced. They charge office visits for everything, even for simply going back in for a follow up. But they fail to mention that to you until afterwards. We ended up spending over $160 on our dog for a simple ear infection that should have cost less than $50. We went in for the follow up, where the vet only glanced in the dogs ear, and had no clue we had to pay for a full visit. If you do go, I advise not allowing them to store your credit card information. Thats how they charged for the follow up visit without our knowledge. They are not upfront with their prices, so make sure to dig it out of them beforehand. Not sure about the pricing or policies at other vets in the area, but you are better off trying your luck somewhere else.

Im sorry for the negative reviews on this site. Based on my relationship with this clinic over the past 8 years I have found the opposite to be true. I have taken two cats to Dr. Grasshoff for health maintenance and when the end of their lives were near, Dr. Grasshoff and her staff performed the euthanasia. Their sympathy and understanding of the gravity of loss one feels over a pet can only be displayed by someone who has experienced the same emotions (despite the fact that they perform them frequently). These pets were not clinically euthanized. They were performed with love for the animal and care & patience for both the pet and the owner. I did have an incident where I needed to take friends pet to a different clinic. I found the pricing to be as much or more than the Grasshoff Clinic. I did not find the interaction between doctor and pet owner to be as satisfying.

Dr. Grassoff has seen my pets for many years. She and her staff are kind, compassionate and well trained. Her staff were amazing when my 17 yr old cat needed to be put to sleep. Dr. Grassoff sat in the back of my car with my crying daughter and our cat for almost 30 minutes before the procedure. I cannot imagine any other vet taking the time to do this. I highly recommend this office.

Only have eleven years of experience with The Grasshoff Veterinary Clinic. All results have been favorable. Not overly concerned with price when it comes to my pets! More interested in Results!! OVER PRICED. They rip you off. Better luck going to any other veterinary. Office visits are mandatory before procedure, and then they charge another $50. Ridiculous. Worst place ever.

This place is great staff are very nice and sweet Im going back today for my puppies who is sick and has a bloated tummy :c but I known hes in good hands
