I brought 2 of my children at the same time for an apt. I have been searching for a good dentist like Dr. Shea since I myself was a child. My 5 year old willingly went off to have her teeth cleaned and had no tears the entire time and I stayed by my son as it was his first time at the dentist. He had a couple of mns of tears but everyone was so awesome and patient and he came around quickly and was a happy camper. Both my children have been clutching on to their treat bag from Dr. Shea since we left 2 days ago and cant wait to go back. Their older sister is jealous she is not able to go to the dentist there and I think I may be too. Thanks for the great experience and really, cant wait to see everyone again!

My son came in for dental work. He has a lot of anxiety so I did not say much about the appointment, I just said that the dentist had to fix some teath. When they called him back I was praying for the best. When he came out into the waiting area he was nothing but smiles and enjoyed the appointment! He found out he needed. To come back for another appointment and was excited about it!!

My kids were patients here for years but after John Shea retired this place has not been the same. Reception staff are fairly rude. My experience was good but due to a miscommunication with appointments my kids were told they were no longer patients and that I could find a new dentistry. My children were devastated since they were comfortable going here and had been patients so long.

I have been taking my son here for several years. He has autism and high anxiety about the dentist, and the staff has always been patient with him and have done their best to put him at ease. Everyone at the front desk and in the back are very friendly. Since Dr. Shays retirement we have been seeing Dr. Courtney, and she is great.

Dr Hanks is amazing! He was so quick and so patient with my son! Being that it was my sons first dental procedure, he made it go so smoothly for him and comfortable! I highly recommend him and Dr Kourtney! Both my kids absolutely love going to this dentist! Thanks to every friendly staff there makes it great!

What a nice office! It was very busy and we had to wait a bit but they where fast and very informative when we got back to see the nurse and Dr., it was very nice that they squeezed us in! The front desk staff were very accommodating!

So far has been waaaaayyyyy better then aspen dental, have the smaller chips for x-rays so my kid wasnt freaking out. Very clean and everyone has been friendly. First time here and glad I chose lacrosse pediatric dentist
