The staff is friendly, professional, thorough. Dr. Stull - friendly, accommodating, skilled. We happened upon this dental office on accident - literally. My son broke 2 of his front teeth on a Friday afternoon and while in the emergency room, we had to see a dentist next... our insurance had changed and called this facility and prayed. Dr. Stull said to bring him in and well fit him in. Not only was he accommodating in an emergency situation on a Friday afternoon, he was compassionate, kind and did a fantastic job. He gained a family of fives business that day. :) He also works with our orthodontist and they dont "double up" on xrays if needed for our kids. Today, three of us had cleanings and I called them this am (these appts are scheduled 6 months out) and said, my boys have baseball tonight and we need to be out by this time... Went in, got our cleanings, they knew of our other commitments and took care of business. For those with kids - I havent seen this advertised as a pediatric office, but the waiting area has puppets, books, tv and the staff is friendly and courteous. My kids are elem/MS age and they are comfortable there. :)

Not impressed. I went to the downtown office that is now on Copeland Ave. It was quite obvious the Head Hygienist, not the dentist, is the one in charge. My guess is that she has been there the longest, before Midwest bought it over. I also want to add, in the 3 years I was there, I went through 3 dentists. The head-hygienist is rough around the edges, makes rude comments, and insurance-code talks clients who dare questions charges (witnessed this while I was on the chair and many times when I was in the waiting room). I learned the hard way that Midwest is one of the more expensive places to go for a regular cleaning. The nice waiting room with cookies, over-sized pictures, aquarium, and finch aviary is all rolled up in your bill. Every time I went for a regular 6mos cleaning, I had to make out of pocket payments. Now, I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months and pay nothing.

Extremely friendly staff. I appreciated the day of my cleaning that I was informed there wasnt a dentist there. i didnt need a dentist and I was fully confident in the cleaning I was going to receive, but if I would have had issue with that, I would have known. Only downfall is that like any other business they try to sell you extras. I am offered a fluoride treatment, but was not informed that this is not covered by insurance. Now that I know I can make the decision if I want this or not. Overall they are probably the best dentist I have been to and unfortunately I have been to a lot.

Dr. Eric Stull is without a doubt the most personable, considerate, and skilled Dentist that I have ever worked with (note: I said "worked with" not "worked on me"). The receptionist/office manager is helpful, smart, and efficient and all dental assistants are top notch. If you arent a patient already, become one soon; in no time at all, he will be booked solid and new patients will be limited. Get on board now . . . this is an exceptional practice and organization. EXCEPTIONAL!

My experiences at Midwest Dental have always been great. The office is clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and most importantly, the dental care is top-notch. I never leave feeling stressed because they take the time to explain every dental procedure and its priority level as well as possible options. I also appreciate their care-credit program for hassle-free financing.
