I have been a patient for 27 years, Dr. Rocker and his staff has always provided me with great service with a friendly atmosphere. Recently Dr. McCann took over and the experience has been absolutely horrible, multiple occasions of waiting 45 mins after appt time to be completely denied medication I have been on for years. Dr. McCann is very rude and could care less about a patients well being. He uses the phrase "My Friend" while stabbing you in the back, overcharged when I disagreed with him. Found new doctor at new location and back on the proper meds and doing great now. Stay away from this arrogant doctor who will lie directly to you.

Was faithful to Dr Rocker for over 20 years. He was extremely competent and a great doctor. However when Dr. Mcann took over he called in wrong meds, lied to my face, and did not listened to any of my concerns. He actually walked out of the room as I was asking him about the meds he was putting me on. His nurse had to come in, throw me yet another Rx that I didnt want and told me to leave. Im beginning to feel that his incompitance is Dr Rockers drive to have people pay into his private practice. I have already found another family doctor who is taking care of my needs now perfectly. Would have given a zero if I could have.

My family has been going to Dr. Rocker for over 25 years, but no more. I love Michael and Jamie, but the new Doc. McCann seems to think that people still accept "Doctors orders". I want a Doctor that will be my partner in my healthcare. This Doc. has tried to switch my medication that has worked well for me for over 20 years and when I said so, he referred me to a specialist rather than listen to his patient. Im afraid he is going to ruin Dr. Rockers business.

I initially saw Dr. Rocker, thought he was great, a great listener. I then saw Dr. Mcann, very different. I had been taking a couple of meds for years. I didnt like his style of practice. I then saw Michael several times very competent, but under Drs restraints. I needed a letter for work which had to be worded in a certain way, and he could not provide me with that. I went to another doctor and it wasnt a problem...

Awful experience on the phone. The lady that answered the phone today at the Oviedo Office (didnt get her name but It sounded like an older lady) was very rude. I called to get information about their services and she was not willing to do that and wrongly assumed what I was asking for. Didnt even let me finish my sentences. Not interested in going there after being treated so poorly.

The new treatment of established patients seeking continued relief from long standing anxiety disorders is appalling. Michael has been very helpful and he gets a full 5 *, but it is too bad he works here. The anxiety-inducing policies towards mental health patients and the whispering, judgemental staff need to be evaluated.

Horrible service! My son had a 4:00pm appointment and at 3:55 pm was told he could not be seen because hes late. Hes an 18 year old high school student with his first grown up appointment going by himself and was turned away! not only did they loose him as a patient but they lost me as well! Poor service at its best!

The Office staff is by far the rudest and laziest staff in central florida. You are overcharged here for services, and do not expect to find any help from this clinic. Keep tight records of your payments, and visits bc medical records has a history of debating services for more money in this office. **Buyer Beware**

We have been going to Alafaya Woods FMC since we moved to Oviedo in 1997. Jeff Rocker and staff have always been courteous and helpful to my entire family. Jamie and Michael are excellent. Ive only had a few visits with Dr. Sean McCann but so far he has answered my questions and been very straightforward with me.

Have been going to Dr. Rocker since early 90s. Always a friendly, professional place with a very minimal amount of waiting, if any at all. Staff/nurses/doctors are all very attentive and helpful. Have referred many people to this office, and all make comments they are very happy as well.

Dr Rocker is the best but the new owner, Dr McCann is a jerk. Very full of himself and more like an ER dr that sees you for 3 minutes once in your life. Family medical is about building a longterm relationship. Ill never go back.
