Im thankful we have Dr. Rocker and their great staff here. My husband has also had great experiences there. Thanks Dr. Rocker and staff!! BTW, you people with your "I made an appointment and expect to be seen the second I enter the office!" Remember that when your visit with the doctor requires you to be in his office for more than the initial 30 minutes your appointment calls for. Doctors will give you the attention your concern warrants. If he has to go over in time to assist someone, knowing YOU would expect the same consideration, you should stop being so self centered!!! I would love it if a doctor just once told a rude and complaining patient he had to stop mid-evaluation and send them on their way because their allotted 30 minutes were up!!! In a perfect world, we would be seen at the exact time set, and take ONLY the allotted appointment time.... seeing how it isnt a perfect world, stop your belly-aching unless you want the doctor to see you for that as well.

Dr. Rocker was great, but now his intern took over and now were searching for a new doctor. I had strep and pneumonia and I had gone to see the doctor that morning and they said it was allergies. 5 hours later, I was in the E.R. and I had to stay overnight because I had a 103 fever and I was severely dehydrated. They did tests and determined that I not only had strep, but pneumonia in both lungs. Yes, that sounds like "just allergies."

This is an AWFUL doctors office! I would highly suggest to never go to this office. Completely rude staff. They insisted on prescribing me medicine that I told them I could not take. Then when I decided to leave they tried to force me to take the scrips and pay for them. The doctor was not personable with me. When offered bad news she just sat there and watched me cry, never to offer a tissue.

I have never seen Dr. Rocker, but I request Jamie every time! She is friendly and down to earth. I feel comfortable talking with her. I recommend this office to anyone that asks!

Waited longer for by far less attention to detail and expertise. If you have to wait there is a good reason! Very caring group that listens and shows compassion! Very pleased!!

Start sending a bill to your doctors if they keep you waiting for an excessive amount of time (over 20 minutes) especially if you scheduled an appointment at a set time.
