I came here for orthodontics as a student graduating soon! As it happens, I warned them about my impending graduation and my plan to relocate to a new city a year and 2 months down the line of when I first put my braces on, they still took me in and told me that would be enough time for my braces. When they removed my braces I was very displeased with the work, but I had to move so there was no option. The organization was awful, Id often wait a long time to be seen, during my time here 4 different orthos saw me -- switching back and forth, note that this is unusual, usually only one ortho sees you and works on you. There was no steady orthodontist--two of them were a married couple who switched back and forth. The communication among the orthos sucked--their poor planning and communication left me with physical pain in my mouth which could have been prevented. The last week there, they realized their mistake and went into such an invasive tightening of my teeth, that one of them turned grey. On another disastrous occasion, one of the clerks told me my account was cleared, only to come back a week before debonding to inform me she made a mistake and I still owed $1,000 dollars. The reason they have two stars is because of their assistants--who were the most helpful thoroughout all of this. Otherwise, they would have 1 star only. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR AN EXPENSE AS BIG AS THIS ONE. My heart breaks just thinking about how if someone else had taken the time to give them a review, I would not be in this situation. Seriously, go somewhere else.

The dentist and hygeniest are amazing; however, the office staff ruin the experience. Ive left messages and they never called back to schedule me in after loosing a filling over a weekend. And when I lost my second filling from the same temp setting and left another message - again they never called back. After these phone experiences I decided to not let the bad manners and professionalism ruin the trust in the dentish. Had our next appointments and I scheduled our family cleanings for Saturdays a year in advance. Surprise to us, the office changed their Saturday availability without notifying us. I received my reminder text for our next appointments; showed up and the office is closed for the Saturday. I tried calling, got the voice mail and left a message about the incident. It was no shock when I didnt receive a call back. I text back to the reminder number as well without a response from the staff. During the business day I called and spoke with the office administrator and she very rudely informed me she called and notified me of the cancelled appointments. When I replied she did not call and speak with me and inquired as to why I even received the reminder text her rudeness only increased. Tried to rebook for the upcoming Saturday availability and only received further brush off. Its a shame the doctors are represented by such an office support staff. We liked the doctors.

DO NOT GET BRACES FROM HERE! (My teeth looks the same!) WASTE OF MONEY! They only have Thursdays available every week. If you are not available during that Thursday they will have to reschedule you the following month. If you happen to miss that Thursday, they will not be able to work things out with you because all the other Thursdays of the month are BOOKED with other appointments already and will have to reschedule you the following month because their Orthodontist is ONLY AVAILABLE on Thursdays. Essentially, that means you can get stuck for months ( 5 months or more! ) with your braces not adjusted! My teeth looks the same now as it was before I got my braces on! DO NOT GET YOUR TEETH done here!!!!!!!!!!! It will be a WASTE OF MONEY! I am very very disappointed! I do not normally write reviews but I have to with this establishment!

This office is run very well with very pleasant administrative staff and very competent dental assistants. Dr. Cresto I find to be extremely kind, caring and very knowledgeable. I have a complicated dental plan and in my lengthy four hour appointment this week, she treated me in an excellent manner. I barely felt the two novacaine injections. Now, if someone could invent a silent drill, that would be the icing on the cake! My assessment of my first experience here is Dr. Cresto is extremely competent. The dental assistant Glory even made my temporary bridge that fits perfectly in my mouth. Everyone seems to care about their clientele, work well with each other, and I found this first of many visits here to be very pleasant. I never thought Id say this about a dental practice! I hope all this continues. Thanks all of you!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE FOR FILLINGS! I have had an awful experience with this office. I had my dental work done a month ago and still have pain in the teeth that were worked on. I have had to request a refund for the services performed and the management company (the person I spoke with was Emma) is snotty and rude. I did exactly what they said to do and when I was in a conference call with the insurance and them they denied saying what they told me. She was so nice the first few times I called and now any questions or concerns asked she says "I dont know" or "Im not sure." Choose wisely before going to this office.

I had been getting the run around by periodontists at other offices for almost 3 months now and when I had gone in for an orthodontic consultation at Legend Dental, I had told them about my problem. They immediately had people calling around to find a periodontist who was credible and who also took my insurance. Kelly and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and had found a periodontist for me by the end of my appointment. Everyone that I have come in contact with at Legend Dental had been helpful and professional. I will definitely be going back!

In for two crowns to be replaced and some fillings. As usual Dr Hassler and his team are wonderful, has to be one of the most caring dentist I have encountered in many years! He explains everything and constantly ask how you are doing during the procedure. This is the way it is at this office every time I go - like many people I dreaded the dentist - not now that I have a GREAT one.
