I spent the morning with Dr. Schultz and his wonderful team of professionals. When I moved to the area I started looking for a dentist. I had been told that the Main Street Dental practice had been taken over by a new dentist who was great. I was pleasantly surprised, because the rumor was true. I needed quite a bit of dental work and knew immediately that Main Street Dental Care was the place I wanted to have it done. Having spent a great deal of time in a dentist chair due to an auto accident and terrible West TX teeth, I am pretty picky about dentists. I felt at home as soon as I walked in the door and Dr. Schultz and his team started talking and explaining procedures. I was more impressed when I had a dental problem while out of town. Dr. Schultz, on a late night, called in the antibiotics I needed that allowed me to continue my trip. I strongly recommend Main Street Dental to anyone looking for quality routine dental care, cosmetic work, and access to emergency services. Oh yes, they also let you listen to any kind of music you choose. Today I was serenaded by Merle Haggard and James Brown. Just perfect.

My wife had two fillings by this dentist two months ago. First off, they charge way over what the contracted prices are with BCBS. They were an in-network, preferred provider on our plan. The charged 3x what should have been the contracted price set by BCBS and this practice. She also was supposed to get a teeth cleaning, and instead they polished her teeth but still charged a cleaning to the insurance. They also tried to charge $275 for a bite plate that, AGAIN, should have been $75. We verified this with the insurance company on three separate occasions. Not only is this practice committing insurance fraud, but the dental work is also crappy. A month after the office visit, my wife had EXTREME pain and sensitivity in both of the teeth that were worked on. We are now having to have corrective work done on her teeth because Brinkman drilled and drilled and left nerves exposed on each of her teeth. Usually, Im not one to leave reviews, but our experience was absolutely terrible start to finish, and people need to be aware.

I went to the dentist yesterday because of a large cavity that eventually made my tooth break. I went in to take X-rays and talk about what I should do, but I ended up getting my filling that day. It was my very first filling so I was pretty nervous, but it was painless. They told me what they were doing as they were going which was nice. Also, my filling is white, and they smoothed it down, so it looks like my actual tooth. Haha! I do not have dental insurance, so we were a little worried about the price, but it turned out to be very reasonable. Dr. Shultz and his staff were very caring and helpful. They didnt lecture me about how I should take care of my teeth, but simply gave me a few helpful tips. I will definitely be going back there to get my other teeth looked at. I recommend going here for any dental work or teeth problems. Loved my experience!

I am more than happy to give Main Street Dental Care a 5 Star Rating! I would give them a 10 Star Rating if it was possible. I cracked my tooth on a small stone one night while eating some rice at dinner. It felt like I knocked a lunar crater in my molar. I called the office and they fit me into their schedule the very next day. Don t let the small office fool you. It turns out Dr. Schultz used to be the Dental Director for the Family Health Center where he oversaw 6 or 7 clinics. His staff is highly trained and very professional. I also like the fact that Dr. Schultz really cares about his patients first. He gives you a lot of options while explaining the best way forward with your treatment. Lastly, I was also impressed with his fees. He is very reasonable and works with you if you don t have insurance.
