Boswell was the best. The lady whose there now Is not friendly, she didnt explain anything. She had to renumb my child with the shot and no numbing cream prior. She tried to tell Me my child "must be scared of the needle." I watch my child hands tighten and her feet shift and her body language said pain. She started crying She didnt cry the first time they stuck her with the needle. The lady said she knows what shes doing and you cant give to much anesthetic! Okayyy. Thats fine. As a child I never felt pain during these visits. I didnt like her tone or raised voice or the fact that she said she will not finish the procedure. My child was not comfortable. . . I will never return. I do love the blonde secretary, shes always been sweet to us

I take my toddler daughter to this dentist, they are very patient & understanding with us. The only downfall is sometimes even with an appointment it takes a while to be seen.
