I have ND Medicaid. I made an appointment with this dentist over a month ago and gave my card information. I had already verified that I was covered for dental, prior to calling around and having a tough time in finding dentists who will take it. My tooth is broken, to the gum line, nerve exposed and really hurts a lot. The day before the appointment, the office calls to cancel my appointment, telling me that I do NOT have dental insurance? I again called my insurance and am again advised that I am covered for dental. Nothing fancy, but sufficient to have a tooth pulled. Dont worry Dr. Heib, I wont be calling your office again. I will soon have regular insurance through my employer. In gratitude for your being willing to accept the medicaid, I had planned to stay with you once I have regular insurance. Instead, you are now rid of me. Well done.

I used this dentist several years ago when I was Around 16 years old. He started drilling on my teeth and the Novocain must not of set in because it hurt and I jumped. This caused chris heib to go into a rage and Yell at me very aggressively well I was laying in the chair getting my teeth drilled. This upset me a great deal at that time and it still does over 15 years later, it bothers me and I get anxiety when I go to the dentist. I do not recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Heib for years. I have always had a great experience. He does very good cosmetic work, along with everything else. They have squeezed me in for a couple urgent situations, without question. Very friendly staff, and I would highly recommend.
