The team and care you receive here is excellent! I am a father of 4 young children (7,4,2,9wks) and this was their first visit. The staff here was very patient and interactive with my kids, engaging in conversation with them and making them feel very comfortable. The decor is also very kid friendly and they have toys for the smaller children to keep them occupied while they wait! (That is a plus!) The team expressed all concerns they had with me and my wife relating to any possible future procedures (such as braces)... Having an orthodontist in the same office is awesome as well! I dont have to go to several different places (with all 4 kids haha), so the convenience is wonderful!! We also learned that the orthodontist provides care to adults, so a plus for us! Also, my wife needed a place to breastfeed our infant and they provided a very comfortable area for her to relax. Overall, this office and team is by far one of the best! You can tell they are in-touch with their patients and its not some cold, scary environment for kids! I would recommend this place to ANY and EVERY one with children or anyone needing orthodontic care. (They are also very clean! A+ per my wife!) lol

Loved the staff and the doctor because they took their time with my child and did not scare her she actually enjoyed herself and for my 2 year old that means alot. Her previous dentist was always in a rush most of the time which i understood because i know you get busy (i work at a doctors office) but i couldnt take my child be traumatized and cryin because they insisted on forcing her mouth open and holding her down. But at Route 32 the dentist came in and spoke with her gave her a high five talk about the movie they had playin for her, he gently laid her head back and had her open up her mouth wide to see her teeth she hesistated but me and the doctor both showed her what to do and did not force her and she did it, i was one proud and happy mommy. And afterwards the doctor explained everything to me and i mean EVERYTHING on what needed to be done to my daughters teeth honestly i cant rave enough on how happy me and my daughter was with the experience we had at Route 32. Let me not forget to mention the WONDERFUL FANTASTIC AMAZING staff that is there!!!!! Brian is truly amazing and was so helpful and nice!!!

Im very happy to have found Route 32. The staff was amazing. They were all polite, helpful, and obviously happy with their job. They were great with my 10 month old, it was his first appointment and went very smoothly. The doctor was informative and helpful. Gladly answered my questions. I was honestly surprised how easy the process went. They even helped with my insurance, assigning them as the regular dentistry provider. Overall, a strong five star review here, and I would recommend to everyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

I took my child for his very first dental visit and love the office very much. The atmosphere was very kid friendly. The front office employees were kind and took care of us quickly. When working on my son the dentist was very quick, seeing that my son was upset. The only thing I would change is adding more time. I felt rushed and would have liked the dentist first introduce himself and maybe play with my son to make him feel at ease. I think making that change would have made all the difference.

The staff here is always so kind. Weve taken our son here once before and they were all so pleasant to work with and the office décor is so cute. Today I spoke with Laura and Brian in the office and they were so helpful. My son was in a lot of pain and they worked with me on scheduling and getting him taken care of very quickly. A friend recommended me here and Im glad she did! I highly recommend Route 32 Pediatric Dentistry if youre looking for a local dentist.

I am very pleased with the experience I had at Route 32 Dental. I took my grandson here for a 3rd opinion. We were treated wonderfully and we were very informed. I highly recommend them to anyone with children. The dentist is Great and so is the office manager, Brian. My grandson was very comfortable at his visit. The staff is great and so friendly, my son had to be sedated only 3 years old so even though we were skeptical about the procedure all went well and my son had no memory of what just happened.They even called afterwards to check on our son and suggested things for him to eat if he was having any discomfort. Great place for kids to have dental work done doesnt need to be scary for them

Today my daughter had a procedure done here at Route 32 dentistry and orthodontics and, I couldnt be more pleased with the whole process! From the beginning of scheduling the appointment I felt assured that they would take care of my child and have me involved as much as possible. What a great experience! Staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful with kids!! No rushing us through, there was lots of patience as each movement was explained beforehand. Heather and Dr. Raymond exceeded my expectations!!! My kids cant waittt to go back and I definitely didnt expect that to happen. Im so thankful we found them.....this momma was nervous!!!

My 5 year old loves coming to see the folks at Route 32 Waco. Today he let them do full x rays and clean his teeth. If your child has been scared to go visit the dentist then wait no more call Brian and schedule an appointment today. You and your kids will nor be disappointed. Oh did I mention they have IPads with fun games loaded on them.

My daughter went in for some dental work and she was completely under and yes I was very scared for her. But the way they were calm with her and made her feel comfortable made my day. The staff is patient and friendly when anxious kids are scared to go the dentist. My four year old is one of the more anxious ones and we made it through the apt with no tears and hardly any wait between procedures or to see the dentist either. This will be all of my boys dentist from now on!

I took my 2 yr old son to his first Dental appt yesterday and it was Great.. Staff was Very Friendly and welcoming.. The Dr was very informative and did a excellent job at making my child feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Route 32 to anyone looking for a childrens dentist.
