Had an annual appointment last year where I was told to try a new prescription. I told them I would try it, but didnt feel comfortable going down a power in my contacts. Left for a week out of town with the lesser strength and had a terrible time trying to see. Went back and requested my prescription be changed back and ordered new contacts. Now, not quite a year later, I go back to get a copy of my glasses prescription to try and shop around for new glasses and one of the doctors changed my glasses prescription without my knowledge and now I am stuck with the wrong prescription, old glasses, and can not change it unless I pay for another eye exam. Will not be returning.

This was my second year visiting this office, and the experience’s was very pleasant. The office is located in an easy to find location near Cumberland Mall, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The office has easy access to my benefit plan information, and is well able to give the best options regarding frames, and lenses. They have all the top brands and designer frames available. I love my Prada frames! Doctor Walker provided me with excellent eye health care, using his skills and the state of the art technology equipment in eye examination. He’s also very nice! Its always a pleasure seeing Dr. Knouff and the rest of the staff at Cumberland Pointe Eye care. I never have to wait long, and the exam and consultation are always very thorough. Im not the easiest person to fit for contact lenses, and they always take their time making sure I get the lenses that fit best. Im a very happy patient and absolutely recommend Dr. Knouff and the rest of Cumberland Pointe Eye Care!

Myself and my children have been patients there for about 6/7 yrs and I just introduced my fiancee as a patient and he and Dr Walker got along very well as Alabama supporters. Clean and calming environment with a huge fish tank to add to the beauty. Knowledgable opticians. Found the Dion Sanders frames my fiancee has been wanting.

This place was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have been looking for a new optometrist since moving to the area over a year ago. I found Dr. Walker and I cannot recommend him enough! I had a fantastic visit. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was looking for at every step of the exam. The clinic staff were all extremely helpful and knowledgable. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Had a good experience. Really friendly and helpful staff. Very short wait. Felt like they listened to me, answered all my questions and gave me a number of different options for contacts. All in all it was probably the best experience Ive had with an eye doctor and Ill definitely be going back in 12 months for my next exam.

Waited 15 minutes to be seen on my first scheduled appointment. On my 2nd scheduled appointment I waited 21 minutes, then nobody knew what was going on -- almost like they didnt know I was coming. My new glasses are fantastic though, and the manager helped the worker find the best combination of discounts/offers.
