First visit there, and it was very pleasant. nice place, clean, staff was friendly. Doc was nice, although the lady did most everything for him already, he just took a quick look at the inner eye part for disease or damage. after that, the lady Erin took a tremendous amount of time and effort to try to find me what i was looking for in glasses, she was wonderful! Im very particular and picky about my glasses and she really went above and beyond whatever i expected. I would go back, if not for any other reason but how pleasant and professional Erin and the other lady "Angie" were. Also while there, i over heard an elderly man being very hard to deal with. most likely had some mental issues, maybe altheimers or something. He was really giving the lady a tough way to go to provide him with any service at all. Not sure what he name was, but she too really went above and beyond to push through the mans issues and at times out right mean attitude and get him a new pair of glasses picked out and fitted. I am not sure whats changed since some of these older, and negative comments about this place but obviously its changed for the better. I would definitely recommend this place based on the great staff i saw. I hope the boss and owner appreciate these gals, cause they are a great credit to the business.

I will never go back to this place again. I took my children in for eye exams. The doctor was rushed and spent maybe 2-3 minutes tops with each of my children. Their eyes were dilated but we were never offered any kind of eye protection. I had to go back in and demand a pair for each of them after they had hurried us out the door. They lost the prescription in the computer for one of my children and I had to return 3 days later for the doctor to write out a copy. The glasses we got from there are pieces of crap. The techs bent and cut the temples so much that within a few days one had snapped off at the ear. The screw came out TWICE in one week, the second time resulting in loss of one of the lenses. I called and they ordered a replacement pair, went to pick them up only to find that they had only ordered replacement frames. Now we have to wait another 1-2 weeks for the lenses to come in, and we may be charged 75.00 for PLASTIC LENSES. This place is a rip-off, the staff is rude and unfriendly. Dont waste your time or money. Go somewhere else.

Ive had all my kids eye exams done here for years and my wife recently had cataract surgery. Ive always been extremely impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of the doctors. Ive never waited more than 5 min to be seen. They take my insurance. They give back to the local community and even take trips internationally to help developing countries with eye care. What more can you ask of a practice? I think that some of the negative comments are related to living in a small, rural town where people expect you to know their name when they walk into the door, spend 20 min talking about the weather and another 15 with a doctor. This is a large practice that sees a lot of patients in the county and has satellite offices in other counties. We are very fortunate to have this level of eye care in a rural community.

The worst experience Ive ever had in a medical office in my entire life, waited for over an hour for a prescheduled apt. To be seen by a tech who put numbing and dilating drops in my eyes without informed consent or even asking me all with no gloves or hand washing also ,then different techs proceeded to move me to different waiting rooms with no assistance all with my 4 year old in tow and they refused to even assist her. When I voiced these complaints to the doctor I was informed the techs never wear gloves and was seen for all of 3 minutes by a licensed so called professional then was unceremoniously showed the door and was offered no dark glasses worst experience of my life

I have been going to this eye center for several years and have always had great care and been treated very professional and friendly. I had a very scary occurrence last year, they got me in immediately and Dr Bosanko found the problem. I could have lost the vision in one eye but because of the quick and professional service I am thankful to say that I still have my eyesight. I recommend this Eye Center and both Dr Bosanko and Dr Patterson for anyone with eye problems.

I had cataract surgery and found the staff and doctor very kind. I was extremely nervous and they helped. make the experience as pleasant as possible. I still have the other eye to do but feel much better about it because of the care I received from the first one. Its only been three days and Im so happy to be seeing so well. Praise God and blessings to you all at Eye Centers.

The WORST experience I have ever had at any medical office! The people there are so rude and especially the doctor! The way he spoke to me and what he said he tried making me feel like a bad mom because I didnt follow up with a pediatric specialist for a lazy eye on my daughter. Her vision is fine! Wont go into specific details. This place is just not recommended in my opinion.

I was denied an appointment for an eye exam at this location because I would not submit to having My eyes dilated.What happened to a patients right to choose there coarse of treatment?Not all of us have a driver for these situations but I believe We still deserve an eye exam and glasses.

My 2 boys have had their eye exams and gotten their glasses here for the last couple years. The doctor was friendly and professional as well as the rest of the staff. A delightful experience. Much better than some years ago. Definitely recommend. :-)

Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all cost. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company. I even emailed and left a voicemail 2 weeks ago for the owner/administrator, and he didnt even respond. Very unprofessional.

Over priced glasses..Drs doesnt do exams, the nurses do..only thing dr does is check your eyes once they are dilated. Ridiculous.
