So I see I am not the only one who had an unbelievably horrible experience with Doctor Merna Vera. My first and LAST appointment was a nightmare. Doctor? and I use the term loosely was VERY rude unprofessional and a LIAR and SHE knows what I am speaking about, so does one staff member AND my Daughter who accompanied me. She refunded my co-pay after insulting me like that was an apology, then blatantly LIED on her staff MAs. Her front office staff person Maria was equally RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL with the exception of one staff person who seemed to be afraid to speak. How long will she be allowed to practice in this manner I wonder. Apparently nobody has formally addressed this intolerable behavior and she quite frankly doesnt give a damn either. I felt very confused and hurt by her treatment and I told her so. I am reporting her. I wish they had the option of giving Zero star because that is exactly what she would get!

0 Stars!!!!!BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR and her front desk staff!!! Should be STRIPPED of her medical license for UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT-a clear violation of medical ethics! Qualified physicians care for the sick, promote good health, and alleviate pain and suffering. This was not the case for my mom-a new patient seeking care. We were profiled from entrance to exit. Deplorable treatment! Never have I written a review for anything, but Doc Merna Veras negligent, improper, and unethical conduct warrants this erroneous review and More! Ladies and Gentlemen-BEWARE!!!!!!

Do not go here. Does not even deserve 1 star. Dr. Merna Vera has a very bad attitude toward her patients. She does not listen to your questions. She gives you 10 - 15 minutes for visits and pushes you out the door with you leaving confused. She doesnt seem to care for her patients at all. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Doctor M. vera was very professional,courteous and listen to all yuor concerns then develop a course of action needed .I am extremely pleased with her and the office staff as they take time with you and are friendly.i am so glad I picked her from about 8 choices and I would recommend her to anyone .
