Dr Laur is a decent doctor I am sure. He just has the inability to explain procedure to patients. He schedules a surgery for me and explained he would hold the date for me just in case a less intrusive procedure failed to work. When I left the office he canceled the surgery without informing me he had done so. By doing so this pushed my possible surgery into next year causing a new deductible year costing over $3000.00 which I made sure he was aware of. I just wanted him to hold the date in case the shot did not work. I am angry he is willing to risk my money and pain on the hopes his magic shot works.

I could have went to the mall to Aerosoles and got better a opinion about my feet. And would have $50 more in my pocket to buy me proper shoes. Doctor was very stereotypical which I am not surprised. His opinions is based of his studied statistics you should get to know each patient lifestyles better before you make your diagnosis. O

All Im going to say is this. A doctors office can have 10 or 15 minutes from the appointment time to call me back, but when they are an hour late 2 visits in a row thats unacceptable.
