I used to go to this office when it first opened and Dr. Worlinsky was working there. She and her team were great! When I called a couple weeks ago that I have a toothache it was already challenging to make an appointment, I should have been warned...Today I went to that appointment and didnt even make it to the new dentist. After waiting an hour I asked how much longer it would take until I get seen since I had other appointments. I got told that I am an emergency and didnt really had an appointment so I had to wait. I told the lady on the front that I had an appointment and she told me that they didnt really give me one since they didnt have one open and I am considered a walk in. I told her that it might be a good idea to let their patients know when they just get squeezed in instead of telling them they have an appointment so they can plan accordingly (Not that I extra took off earlier from work...). But the real challenge began when I tried to reschedule it. About 10 minutes long, this lady was arguing with me when the best time would be for me to come in. I told her I only can do late or weekend appointments. She keeps on telling me about openings during the day and that I should schedule one of them. Then she started to argue on what treatment to do. I dont know how often I told her that I just wanted to get seen for the toothache, but no, she started to talk about annual exams that I should take first since my insurance is paying for it anyway and that I need crowns replaced. I finally gave up and left. Be warned when you go to this office! I still cant believe this woman was real!

First of all, Kelli at the front desk is very rude and condescending. I have been there several times and, I was told that they work with you in the begining on your payments. Only to have Kelli overcharge me twice for something that was not on my dental plan. Kelli at the front desk never gives me a reminder call of my visits either. I have had to call there corporate phone number several times to have it adjusted and to report her. Also my temporary crown fell out as soon as I left. I had to go back three times because it was not done correctly by the dental assistant. The dental assistant drop my temporary crown on the floor and tried to stick it right back in my mouth. I told her know. She said she was going to clean it with some water and air. Then she put it back in anyways. The third time it fell out I saw a different dental assistant by the name of Alma who was wonderful. She made me a new temporary crown that did fit. Also, I had a dental emergency on my tooth number 9 and 10 after the dentist did a filling I was feeling pain to hot or cold temperatures . I called three times to only have Kelli at the front desk hang up in my face. The dentist is awesome but, one of the dental assistants that works their is very rough with you and does not listen.....

I am new to Clearwater and I went here. The dentist said she could save my tooth when I wanted an extraction. So I trusted her and let her do the work. Omg horrible horrible she initially was doing a crown hit a nerve had to do a root canal. I should have known something was wrong she kept leaving out the room and the tech kept doing xrays over and over so painful. Worst experience ever. Then after the root canal she started doing the crown again then left the room a long time to I finally ask whats going on the tech got the doctor. The dentist finally came in the room and said she couldnt do the crown she did not have enough clearance and I need to have an extraction. I was devastated then she said she wouldnt charge me and she wanted to make this right. The dentist then referred me to another dentist who was going to charge over $150 to pull the tooth. Then the dentist said when I get my tooth pulled come back to her. I am still crying so very hurt and devastated.

My 6 month cleaning appointment was on January 6th at 430pm. The dentist Courtney was no longer at this location who I was seeing at this office. They told me that after I got there. I did not get taken back until almost 530-545pm. I was taken back to a room and waited even longer. It was to the point I was watching Sons of Anarchy on Netflix on my phone. I was told that there was not enough time to do the cleaning, but that they could fix the chip on my front tooth real quick. They advised me to schedule a different day to come back in for the cleaning. I got out of there just before 7pm. That is a bit much and I didnt even get my teeth cleaned. I called to have them send my records to a different dentist.

Front desk staff is very rude. They spend little time with you. Feels like a factory. I need a root canal procedure, of course they do not do it in the Gulf to Bay Clearwater office. They were able to schedule me an appointment 6 weeks out at another office in St. Pete. Im sure by then the root will be infected and Ill be in the ER...They dont care.. They were nice enough to refer me to a buddy at another comapny who will be happy to do it right away for over 1k. AVOID THIS PLACE

Just got off the phone with Kelly who was supposed to schedule a new appt. She was so impatient and rude I had to tell her that I felt she was being rude and she then told me "Im sorry for your approach to my attitude, can I schedule something for you?" I said no but I do want to speak with your manager now - and asked what her name was. She said "Kelly" then hung up on me. Whaaat?! I couldnt believe it, lol. No way will I setup our family appts there because of this poor start.

The dentist was great really liked her but her assistant and Kelly were terrible not friendly at all and Kelly was very rude I would have stayed there but because of the others that work in the office I will be going somewhere else and I would have loved to stay with the new dentist she was very good. Kelly has no people skills I really dont understand why she would still be there with all the complaints about her rudeness and she is incompetent

Kelli at the front dssk is absolutely RUDE so has to be the WORST CUSTOMER service ive dealt with in a while. She does not listen u say one thing she talks over you and says the complete OPPOSITE. I will never go to this location just so i would not have to deal with her!!

Dr. Nalley and Libi are very patient and dedicated to giving the best service and make you feel good about yourself. They are some of the most friendly and pleasant people I have met. I absolutely love my new smile.
