So the Dentist office called me two weeks before the School year started to cancel my childrens appointments which I booked well into 4 weeks in advanced! The reason they explained, So he could go on an unplanned vacation! Im very disappointed and its practices in business like this that are simply unacceptable. It clearly shows lack of concern for an already committed appointment with customers. Horrible customer service and regard. Now I am almost certain I will not be able to book an appointment for my kids before they start school.

I had a wonderful experience with E & G Dentistry on 7/11/16. The office staff was polite, the Dental assistant was very nice and helpful, the Dentist was very pleasant, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. What I love is that they made me feel very comfortable and their office equipment looked cared for and clean.
