Went into the ER because my toddler and I were not able to be seen by our doctors that day. At first we walked in there was a couple at the counter and that was all. We waited for 10 minutes to be greeted and helped by someone else. They got my daughter and my vitals and sent us back to the waiting room, came back 10 min later and took my daughter for chest X-ray (which was great the lady was so helpful and informative) went back to waiting room, then got a room after another 10min. Sat in our room for about an hour and a half before someone came in to let us know they were waiting on our labs and X-rays and that she would get us medicine. A nice man gave us our meds (which my toddler wouldnt take from the cup) we waited and waited for another 2hours and still nothing or no Dr to inform us of anything. Mind you my toddler is past nap time, hungry and overwhelmed with the entire hospital stay. We ended up walking out and leaving before discharge. I call the next day to get information and the lady was so rude and not helpful. I called back to talk to someone else whom was very helpful. I know ER takes hours but its frustrating and overwhelming to me when i have a toddler and am waiting and no Dr in site to give any information or acknowledge me. I will not be back to this hospital.

Its frustrating when all I wanted was an appointment. I have a referral for my daughter and called this number only to be told they didnt know the department I was asking for but will transfer me to their Fairfield clinic because maybe they would have it there. The women who picked up at Fairfield was so rude. Im sure she was just having a bad day but all I wanted was to make an appointment for my child. Again she told me they didnt have what I was looking for and would transfer me to Vacaville, to which I replied that thats who transferred me here. She let out a loud sigh and told me they didnt know what they were doing. So she gave me the seven digit number. Im not from the local area so I asked to be sure it was a 707 number. Again she sighed loudly and said yes as she hung up. At this point, Id just given up. I called my insurance company back and asked for a different location. I would rather drive further out for better service and care. If this is how they are over the phone, why would I trust them with my child. Well be driving down to the Childrens hospital in Walnut Creek instead.

Last night i had sprained my ankle. I decided to use their in quicker sign in online. Made my ER appointment at 7pm to be seen at 9pm. Waited at home until then I showed up at about 8:55pm checked in up front. Within 5 minutes of being there i was taken to x-ray then back to the lobby. 10 mins later taken into triage while in there the doctor comes in with my x-ray results had no fractures only a sprain so they wrapped my foot gave me crutches. They wheeled me into the hallway within 10 mins had my discharge paperwork ready to leave. The whole thing took 35 mins. People were looking at me like how did I get in and out so quickly who were waiting when i had first arrived. Their in quicker sign in is amazing it allows you to wait at home rather than in the ER. I will continue to recommend this service. Thank you Vaca Valley for taking care of me in a timely and caring professional manner.

Took our foster (hopefully adoptive) daughter to this site this afternoon to get her checked out after she took a nasty fall (shes just learning to walk). The staff was on the ball from beginning to end. We were not waiting more than ten minutes at a stretch and the entire process was finished in under an hour. Nice to be looked after by consummate professionals. Very impressed.

My family had the flu. 3 of us got better. My husband did not. An er visit turned from flu to flu complications for my husband. It turned into double pneumonia. My husband was placed on life support. They saved his life. No joke, his actual life. Great staff. They remember your face and they work hard around the clock. A++ hospital

Honestly, hit or miss with these people. They sure dont know crap about spider bites, and its frustrating having to explain why its not hot, but cold.... kidney stones though, they are definitely on it. Id rather be here than kaiser but thats not saying much.
