My experience with Dr. Pearce at the Banfield pet hospital located at 1900 E Rio Salado Pkwy Tempe AZ was exceptional. My Miniature Pincher, Frankie went completely blind in his right eye. It glazed over and turned completely white in less than 6 hours! I knew that my little guy needed to see a veterinarian right away, despite the fact that I am currently on a tight budget. I was able to schedule a new patient appointment that same day. Also, they had an easy to find and print coupon on line for a complementary office visit to new patents. We were greeted with a very friendly staff that fell in love with my poor little guy right away. The wait time was short and the room was very clean. Dr. Ryan Pearce left a lasting impression on me. I could tell that he was in this line of work because he truly loves animals. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help me, to help Frankie live a happy and healthy life despite his mysterious and sudden condition. We had several follow up calls from Dr Pearce him self and he was ready to answer all my questions. He was very proactive in treating Frankie in an affordable manner. His treatment plan was the most affordable and made more since to me then any other vet that I have taken my dogs to in the past. Dr Pearce saved my dogs vision and we are so grateful to him. I highly recommend you try his services.

Went in to grab a bag of puppy food and noticed they didnt have a large bag of the food I wanted. A rep walks by and noticed my puzzled look and asks if he could be of assistance. I explain that the puppy food I want doesnt come in a larger quantity and he replies the "puppy" version only comes in small and medium sized bags. I accept my defeat because Ive read good reviews on the chow and wanted to indulge my puppy in the finest. He quickly comes up with a solution of offering me 2 bags for the price of the large supply, I told him that would be amazing. He takes me to a register and notices the bag is 11 lbs whereas the large bag is 24 (excellent attention to detail). So not quite half but he went ahead and calculates the price difference of the 2 lbs and gives me a price of a "22 lbs" bag. Friends and I have had great experiences in the past but this one blew me away. I clearly wasnt paying attention because I didnt catch his name but tattood guy with small gauges, youre my hero.

Dr.Pearce and his staff are by far the best team I have ever met. Within the 4 years I have been with Banfield I have never had an issue. They definitely go above and beyond to ensure that my babies are well taken care of. I always recommend this place to my other friends who are looking for a vet. My oldest has gone through 3 surgeries with Dr.Pearce to remove tumors. Her incisions were barely noticeable after they had healed. Dr.Pearce takes into consideration the cosmetic repercussions of surgery and takes extra time to ensure that my dog doesnt have an ugly scar. Absolutely satisfied with the service at this Banfield.

Dr. Carly is worth more than 5 stars! She is awesome and extremely helpful. She is resourceful and very caring! My puppy had a seizure last week.. As I rushed him in there with no appointment, she took him right in! Thank you for all your help! I would definitely recommend Dr. Carly to anyone looking for a veterinarian that is passionate! The front staff is very friendly and welcoming! Overall, I am beyond satisfied! Thanks to the Banfield team!

I called on a Sunday morning to make a same day appointment, and even though they were full they were able to squeeze me in. When I got there, I was a little worried that it was in a Petsmart and not a "real" vet office, but now I will never go to a different vet again. No wait time, and everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing experience overall!

Dr. Pearce is great. He always takes the time to answer every question I have, and goes over all my options with my boxers well being and my finances in mind. The hospital rooms are clean, the staff is nice, and the prices are very competitive. I personally recommend this Banfield to all my friends as I always have a positive experience here.

One of my cats doesnt do well when he goes to the vet. At Banfield, the staff were champs when working with him. The vet was very helpful with suggestions, and they give you an estimate of treatment costs so that you are prepared. I will be taking my cats back for a follow up. Highly recommend
