This is absolutely the worst place Ive ever been. If I can give zero stars I would. I brought my dog in here because he was throwing up his food/had black stool and all my research of symptoms online suggested a blockage or ulcer. So I go in and explain whats been happening and that I want xrays. Vet says those would be unnecessary and says shed rather do blood work. The results come back a week later and hes negative for everything(they did a FULL blood panel). Vet tells me "that makes sense because he didnt have symptoms for most of that stuff." Im already upset at this point, why did I just spend $500 to test for things you didnt see symptoms for when I TOLD you the symptoms. I bring him back in three weeks later after he threw up a GOLF BALL SIZED ROCK. I tell them I just want xrays this time and some fluids to rehydrate him, he hasnt been drinking for a day or two. Vet again says xrays would be dumb, he already threw up the obstruction. I can just feel around his abdomen for more, lets get him on IV fluids and re-test his blood to make sure hes recovering. Again convinced by the "experts" I dont need xrays I say ok. Come to get him later that day and he throws up all over the front office, 3 times. They tell me "He did that earlier but we thought it was watery diarrhea." (even though I told them hed been throwing up food as soon as he drank his water). Needless to say Im freakin out at this point. "What makes a dog not hold food or water down?!?!" They reply with "Well if there is a blockage it wouldnt be able to pass so it comes back up the front, maybe we should take an xray, we can get him in first thing tomorrow morning." No lets do it now while he is alert and everybody is here. 5 minutes later xrays are done and we see another giant rock and they tell me its life threatening because hes so weak he might not make it through a surgery. Oh, and we dont do operations here so you have to take him somewhere else. Sorry about this, we wont charge you for the blood work today(no kidding). So they clearly knew they messed up if they were offering to not charge for some services. Had they given me the xray I wanted when I first went in then it wouldnt have been a life threatening situation, just a routine surgery. They recommend two emergency clinics, one right across the street. Then proceed to tell me that they dont like referring people to that one because they dont like the front office(then why are you doing it?!!?). I ended up calling around on my own for the emergency surgery and EVERY SINGLE office says the first thing that should have been done for a dog throwing up his food and having black stool is an xray. Two of them even said I should go back and get my money back because its definitely malpractice and they can lose their license over it. So Ill be pursuing that today.

I brought my dog in for a troubleome cough. The vet I had chose the least expensive route and treated my dog with medication. A week later I got a follow call from her. I was just so surprised. I was in shock about the great follow up. My dog was doing great up until a day before I put him to sleep. It was just a fast decision to get him out of his misery. I could tell that the Vet had empathy for me which to me, is rare as they see all kinds of things. When I arrived I was rushed in a room for privacy and could spend time with my pet. I was given reassuring words which helped me come to terms with my fast decision. The thing that truly touched me is that I received my dogs ashes in a beautiful wooden box with his name engraved on it and a week later a sympathy card. Every single staff member signed it and it was very touching. I would choose this hospital. The Vet I had was wonderful and I trust her judgement.

We took are sweet little dog Sugar to the Vet because things had not been going normal with her. They were very gentle with her, and up front about the cost for each thing they would be doing. Unfortunately things were not going to workout for Sugar. They gave us all the time we needed with her (even though it was near closing). We really appreciate how we and Sugar were treated. Thank You Dr. Warley and Staff.

I have always been a big fan of the professionalism and nurturing staff. When I had serious problems with my dog, Kita, following up to her passing, Stonecrest was amazing with how they handled her. They allowed me to bring her in whenever I needed and gave me the name of fantastic euthanasia specialists. You genuinely feel that they know what youre going through and care about you, and your pets, well-being.

My vet was out of town and I was referred by his practice to Stonecrest. I got in right away and the doctor was very nice and informative, she knew her stuff! The staff was also great, I have no issues!
