Terrible, terrible experience with this veterinarian. She refused to give my dog a health certificate because she didnt want her flying on a plane in 100 degree weather, even though the airlines are completely up to USDA code. Pup would only have been in 90 degree weather for an hour and a half- totally safe for dogs of her breed. The vet demanded I get her vaccinated before the schedule requires it. We were not there for vaccinations, we were there for a health cert since she already had all the vaccinations she needed at that point. She literally yelled at me telling me that I was going to kill my dog. I told her I dont want her service and she yelled at me to get out. Oh my gosh, I didnt know people this insane even exist BUT THEY DO!!! Dont go to this Vet!!!!!!!!! Everyone else there was incompetent as well!!

I highly recommend VCA Tri City Animal Hospital on Broadway. As an over protective dog owner, I was nervous to take my friend to a new vet after moving to Tempe. I heard a couple people say nice things about this Hospital so I gave it a try because they offered a free first visit. I wasnt aware animal hospitals did this, which makes sense so one can test the place before making it their animals hospital. The staff there was very friendly and the technician and doctor were super caring. They were able to detect what was wrong with my dog and delivered the news without pushing anything. Sadly, my dog passed, but if he was still here I would definitely take him back to VCA. Even more, the staff was sweet enough to write me a sympathy card with personal signatures. That was a nice finishing touch. Thank You!

I brought my 10 year old dog there for the first time. Everyone was very nice. The doctor actually listened to me a explained her thoughts and my options. I also appreciated that the invoice was brought to be before action was taken so I could understand what I would be paying for if I chose to take action. My dog also needed blood work done and the technicians were great with him. They made his comfort a priority rather than just trying to churn him out as quickly as possible. It did feel like I spent quite a bit of time waiting, but Im not sure I can blame them for that since they were doing things like preparing my invoice and grabbing an extra technician so that the blood work could be done in the room with me. All in all it was a really pleasant experience for both my dog and me.

Brought my new dog which i got from AZ Humane society here to get her first check-up and continue her vaccinations. AZ Humane society is kind enough to cover this visit as part of the adoption visit. VCA was not as kind. We saw the Vet and received a check up only to be told that she didnt agree with the Humane societys recommended vaccination schedule and to come back in a week. This next visit is full price as another full check up would be required only a week later. Clearly this tactic was designed to get us out the door and done with our complementary visit so they could take our money a week later. Shop around there are cheaper places. If this is how they choose to do business go elsewhere. Will not be going back despite the kindness of the staff.

Because I had to go to other country, I chose this hospital for every process required such as health certificate and confirming from USDA. After the first visit, I phone called to ask about blood titer test because I checked the requirement list on the website of the authority. However, the worker in this hospital said there is no blood test required and only need to get health certificate. I believed and when my last visit, the vet said that, you had to to blood test. I really upset, but they did just to say sorry and there was no compensation for their mistake. My cat will be quarantined at the airport for at least a week after long and stressful flight. Simply, do not go to this hospital. They just take money.

The staff is absolutely amazing and really cares about not only the dog but the human client as well. They played with my dog most of the time we waited and nothing seemed forced in the examining room. My dog was super comfortable and thought she was just getting belly rubs the whole time the doctor was examining her. Not only all of that, but we were in and out pretty quickly. I felt like they made us a priority and I loved it. Definitely going back!

Today I had to put down my dog that Ive had since he was 6 weeks old. For the last 13 years that dog has been by my side and been through everything with me the good and the bad, so needless to say I was pretty attached to him and it was not easy for me by no means. The staff at Tri City was great I would recommend them to anybody in a similar situation like me. It cant be easy to see a grown man cry but they handled it with class and were very nice.

Had to bring in a feral cat Ive been feeding for a few years until recently when her health declined so badly that she couldnt hardly get around. They did an amazing job of making her comfortable as well as me. Were more than kind and helpful as well as supportive. The vet assistant when above and beyond and I regret not getting her name to mention her personally. But non the less thank you for your the kindness you showed us today. You do great work

I have been visited this hospital for 12 years. I would highly recommend to anyone who cares about their dogs and wants the best care for their dogs. Dr. Lucey and Dr. Westhof are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are very good veterinarians. They consistently provide the best care for my dog. They always follow up with me to make sure my dog is getting better when my dog is sick. They often tell me what the best option is for my dog.

Took our dog in because of a nasty yeast infection in her ear, and it was one of my most pleasant experiences in a vet office yet. Very welcoming atmosphere, doesnt feel like a doctors office at all, and were very kind and patient with us. My dogs infection is clearing up nicely and I have these guys to thank. I hope others benefit just as much as I did.

Today was our first visit with our new dog Hope. The receptionist was very welcoming and catered to our dogs needs. The nurse was phenomenal and explained everything. The dog was very nice as well and helpful. So thankful we found a good place to bring our furbaby.
