I would not recommend Jeffersonville Pediatrics to anyone. We initially chose them because they were the first to see my son after he was born, but for the past 2 years it has been a struggle to schedule appointments. The physicians were great when you actually got to see them, the problem is that when you call to schedule an appointment they immediately place you with the Nurse Practitioner. This would be fine if she was as knowledgeable as they physicians, but she did not give that impression and was often confused and flustered and rushed through our appointments. Regardless of who we met with, timing was another issue. I get the impression they take on too many patients and have to rush to push people through. Every appointment we arrived early in hopes of being seen early or on time, and not once were we seen on time. On 2 separate occasions we had to wait close to 1 hr. to be seen. So why did we stay for so long? The first time we tried to see another physician that office required my sons files. Jeffersonville Pediatrics told me it could take up to one month to review his file for release and then actually release it. This didn’t make sense, and my son needed to be seen so we went back. Fast forward to present day. We have moved over 2 hrs. away and have requested his files be released once again so that we can establish a new physician. A visit and physical is required from his Daycare, but we cannot get an appointment until Jeffersonville Pediatrics review and release his file. It’s been over a week and we have told them on numerous occasions we need them to push this through as it is affecting our livelihood- cannot work without Daycare provider, and the person answering the phone actually laughed! She stated, “I’m sorry but that’s just how we do business”. If you are looking for a Pediatrician, do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache, DO NOT use Jeffersonville, Pediatrics.

I absolutely love jeffersonville pediatrics. We usually see the nurse practitioner or Dr. Boel and they are both amazing. They take time to listen to my concerns....if I think something is wrong they will find a cause for whatever reason I think something is wrong....my son loves his Dr and loves the nurse practitioner just the same and I recommend them to everyone. I was younger, around 23, when I had my son and they never treated me like I was ignorant or like my concerns as a first time mom were stupid.....which meant a lot to me since I worried over EVERYTHING. I love the Drs and lnp here!

I love this office they have the best staff. I never have a problem getting in if my kids are sick. It is just a really amazing office!!!
