Honestly the first time I came here they where fine, but as the appointments started being regular they have shown true colors. Its hard to get a appointment with them and once was late 10min and i got yelled at by the receptionist saying the vet had things to do and a place to be at... Sheesh ! I mean your working right?? As for cleaniness... I give them a 4 out of 10. This place is good for first time shots, but when it comes to curing (instead of treating) they are not good. Regular check up plus charge with blood test mount to $350 quick, I ended paying close to $400 for a small healthy dog that just came in for a checkup. It upsets me how they fail to inform clients that YOU CAN GET PET INSURANCE, even though you still have to pay upfront (serously unhumane and inconvienient of this industry) it compensate a good amount back. BEWARE OF UPSELLING FOR YOUR SENIOR DOGS!!! I have healthy dog just 13years doing great but what these vets seems to love doing is up selling medication that really doesnt makes sense giving to your dog when side effects are far beyond worse than the problem its trying to cure (specifically "treat"). Treating feeds their pockets but curing doesnt, so they wont give out a cure, but a treatment that brings tremendous health problems that suck dry your bank account and leaves with a immense heartache so careful. If your read into health for dogs then You will see what your truley getting for what your paying, and I for one hate being cheated out or scamed out of my money. Long story short small problem cant be fixed and I mentioned things they didnt even considered.. Pluse everything small always seems to be some rare problem to them they are unknowledgable about. Right I guess there schooling didnt do much for them. PS. Dont buy the bs show they give when they first get to touch your dog as if they are truley checking there bodies and health, all for show.

Last year they moved across the street to a beautiful new expanded space. Its a great addition to the neighborhood. Dr. Orals and Dr. Golden do a great job, giving compassionate and expert care to their furry patients. Their assistants are terrific too, very friendly and personable and, I suspect, are responsible for keeping everything running so smoothly. My moms aging dog was transformed from an immobile, pathetic mess into a rejuvenated frolicking bundle of energy, while keeping the costs at a reasonable level. My adolescent shelter dog will be ensured a long and healthy life under the guidance and care of Forest Glen Animal Hospital.

I had a VERY sick puppy. I had brought her twice to another animal clinic. Each time they charged me over $300.00 but still I went home with a sick dog. I brought her to Dr. Orals and he checked her thoroughly and put her on an antibiotic and gave her fluids. By the time we left his office, I could tell she was feeling better. Had I stayed with the other place, my puppy would have died. The staff is great and very caring as well. Forest Glen prices are very reasonable. This is truly a great place!!!!!

I love Dr Golden and the compassion she shows my dogs. Dr Orals comes off as money hungry and cold. Because of that I have switched to another vet. Wish I could take Dr Golden with me
