Dr. Andy is amazing! Hes incredibly warm, gentle and affectionate, and his love for animals is very evident. His exams are thorough and thoughtful. He always takes the time to explain what hes doing and why and to answer any questions I have. I never feel rushed or ignored. And yes, his accent is thick, but pay close attention and not only will you understand him -- youll also find that hes got a great sense of humor (referring to testicles as diamonds, so good!). The office itself is clean, brightly colored and very well kept. It has a warm and inviting feel. The services are totally affordable, especially for the quality of care your pet will receive. The front desk receptionist isnt the friendliest, but hey, you cant have it all. Although the office isnt anywhere near my neighborhood, the long drive is well worth the love and care Dr. Andy gives my little guy. Cannot recommend highly enough! Dr. Andy and Chicago Pet Clinic deserve every single high mark theyve gotten.

Dr Andy is the best! Very calm, very caring, explains everything clearly so I can make an informed decision. EXCELLENT veterinary care for my cats at a price that suits my not-so-deep-pockets. I have been to other good (and expensive!) veterinarians in and around Chicago and Dr. Andy beats them hands down. One of my cats can get rather nervous at the vet, but at Chicago Pet Clinic he was not nervous at all. He even got out of his carrier by himself and started "sniffing the joint" only to get cosy on the weighing scale - feeling completely at home! I have found their new "forever" vet! Now even I am calm taking my cats to the vet, because I know I will not have to pay astronomical fees (to cover the cost of a fancy-schmancy clinic). Granted, on the outside Chicago Pet Clinic looks like nothing, but I dont mind AT ALL - it suits my limited budget and I am able to give my cats the veterinary care they deserve.

When I first got my cat, Lola, Lola was scratching her ears like mad, drawing blood. A vet near me, said she needed to be put on prozac for life and was very expensive. Vet no. 2, wanted to hospitalize for observation. Only reason, I looked for vet #3, who is Dr. Andy from Chicago Pet Clinic was because I didnt like how other two vets interacted with Lola. Dr. Andy gave me a no nonsense solution immediately. Give her half a zyrtec. Diagnosed it as allergies without difficulty. Well that did the job. He continues to treat Lola with care and is very informative and pleasant. I trust him 100% with caring for my beloved Lola.

This is my first puppy, it took me hours of reading reviews online and being paranoid about every bad rewiew I saw. I really liked this place, everybody was nice and I got a lot of details about what to do and what not to do with my little one. Went there for my puppys first shots. The doctor was great, took amazing care of my little puppy, made sure to build a little connection before the shots and that made Harley very calm. Took the shots like a champ! 2 appointments to go and then were finally set. The price was less than I expected, and the front assistant was kind and sweet.

I took my dog because she seemed to have been losing some hair. Turns out she had a allergy reaction to some food i gave her. The place was nice. The only thing I didnt like was that they had a cat roaming around the desk area. Not a big fan of cats neither is my dog. Any way, the doctor was so nice to Sophia . talking to her through the whole process , sweet talking her. I ended up getting a lot of meds for her and paid almost 200. for everything that he did and all the meds I got. great! My old vet, I would of paid twice then that . Will be going back.

I have been taking my cats here for a long time, especially recently with my older cat since she has multiple health issues. My younger, crazy cat has been in multiple times for open wounds. Each time I come here they always receive great care. My cats love Dr. Dybas because each time they have an exam they are always purring. The doctors are gentle, sweet, and informative. Thank you for providing us with awesome care and above all affordable pricing. I always receive an itemized bill so you can see what you are paying for.

Been going to Chicago pet clinic for years now. My dog had been traumatized by vets prior to coming here. After the first visit to Chicago pet clinic my dog loved coming here, he would get very excited when we would get close to the area. They are great! Everything is always explained, you are NEVER talked down to. The care here has set the bar very high, and after moving so far away and having to find a new vet, I dont think my expectations can be met. Thank you Chicago pet clinic, for the great care you gave my dog! :)

My dog was scratching his ear I went to the Chicago pet clinic. Dr. Told me my puppy doesnt have ear infection and gave me ear drops and told me to use them when he is scratching them. I used them, they didnt make any difference so I went to another clinic they made a swabs from ear and were surprised doctor gave me drops for this kind of infection. In addition my puppy had to be additionally vaccinated because the shots were given too early, so I had to pay one more time for boosters. Dissapointed.

I wish MY doctor was like this place. We took our puppy in for her first set of shots. The vet actually took some time to sit with us and explain things clearly and provide us with helpful info. It wasnt like an assembly line (get you in and out as quick as they can) like when I go to the doctor. The pricing seemed fair for the shots and for the additional medicine our puppy needed. All in all it seems like a good place.

He gives you his professional and experienced input for you to make a educated decision pertaining the health and even training of your pet. The receptionist is always nice and making appointments is always fast and easy.

The staff here is amazing, friendly, and so helpful! Doctors are great with animals and explain everything really well. They often give options for treatment (cheaper, easier, etc. options) and leave the decision to you. I have 3 cats and 1 dog and they all go here for vet needs. They dont overcharge for a visit, VERY reasonable bills!

Dr. Andy is great. He saved my little Maltese. No doubt she would have died had he not diagnosed a massive UTI about to hemorrhage at any moment. He took her in for surgery right away. Now she is out of danger. Thank you so much doctor. BTW, the cost was quite reasonable given the emergency nature of the operation.

I highly recommend Dr. Andrew. I have been coming here for 7 years. He was great with my Siberian Husky and hes amazing with my Australian Shepherd mix. She can be hysterical and a big baby, he is great with her, very calm. I know shes in amazing hands.
