When we picked up our new puppy, it happened in a hurry as he was a rescue. Funds were limited, so we started looking for the biggest bang we could get for our buck. When we found Banfield, we knew the price was right, but we were hesitant to join a clinic located inside a pet store. I couldnt be more happy we made the choice to go with Banfield, our pup is always welcomed by name, the price is the lowest around for standard preventative care, and they are always ready and willing to provide advice if I call in with questions. My pup Apollo injured his leg, and within 5 minutes of calling Banfield, we had an immediate appointment and a plan to treat him. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and we always feel welcome when we visit. The vet and techs that we have seen always treat Apollo with respect and love, and bring years of experience to bear to make the visits as stress-free as possible, for the pup and for us. Cant recommend enough. *Side note: We went with the "Early Care Plus" plan, and it covers everything a pup needs, from heartworm, flea and tick, to neuter, as well as 10% discounts on products.
