So we believe my daughter was cut off and dealt with road rage by one of your employees. It was around 6:30 ish when my daughter pulled up at this clinic to make an appointment (she works in that same parking lot area and thought that would be easier) and was told by a lady that they were closed (that lady was very nice). So my daughter goes back to her car and was leaving when someone honked at her. A lady in a gray Hyundai (with no front plate, but back was an IL plate) comes from between your clinic and the building next to it. She pulls up behind my daughter and rides her butt in a parking lot! You shouldnt be going faster than 20 mph in a parking lot with people! But I guess this lady was in a hurry and takes a short cut and goes around my daughter, speeds up, and cuts her off. My daughter had to slam on her breaks and honks at the lady, because she nearly ran into her. The lady starts screaming at my daughter. They both turn, but in the process the lady breaks checks my daughter 3 TIMES! My daughter honks at her again and the lady, who was in such a hurry in the parking lot to being speeding, SITS AT A STOP SIGN. She screams some more at my daughter and drives off. Ive been a client her for about 7 years. I have brought about 3 dogs, 1 cat and 5 rabbits over the years. I will be changing clinics now after this little road rage. I also told my mother and father who will be pulling their animals after 20 years of being a client (a few dogs and many many cats). I already lost one child to a car accident, Im not going to lose another one! This review would have been a lot worse if google allowed the words I wanted to use. I will be calling to complain and inform my friends to be cautious when going here so they dont get killed by the same "female dog." You just lost $6,000+ a year in profit.

I have been bringing my pets to Mokena Animal Clinic for over 25 years and I believe I was just in there for the very last time. After waiting in a room for 30 minutes with the only acknowledgement from a tech who came in and "tried" to take blood from my dog and said we would have to wait for the Dr,(she poked and missed and only caused him to bleed) I decide my dog is too anxious to keep waiting. I leave and tell Suzan at the front desk. I get a phone call so they can understand why I just left and I am basically told it is my fault because they had me down for a 4:30 appt. even though I told her it was made and confirmed as a 4:00 appt. Instead of asking if I would like to come back I( I was literally a block down the road) and they can get me right in, I am asked if I would like to reschedule....Ummm... no thank you. 25 years..... and I have a new puppy I thought I would be bringing in as a new client as well. Now they just lost 2 not just 1. I may have tried a second chance if I wasnt made to feel it was MY fault for showing up early to an appt. I thought I was on time. Like I said to the woman who called me back....... No one said I was early but they had an open room I could wait in. I could have walked around outside on this beautiful day rather than wait in a room while my dog sat anxiously staring at the door.

I initially loved Mokena Animal Clinic. I brought my cat there for emergency surgery after being turned away at several clinics around town and they were able to take her and perform the surgery immediately even though we were not clients at the time. Unfortunately, when my 9-year-old cat started urinating on the furniture, I brought her in and was told UTI. After 4 rather expensive rounds of meds and check up appointments, another vet looked at the tests and said there was no UTI and never had been, just something a little strange with the bloodwork, nothing to worry about. By the time a different clinic found the abdominal tumor 9 months later, it was too late. Would definitely NEVER recommend Dr. Kate Ball.

I can not say enough great things about the front staff how they handle each situation with grace and respect of your time and circumstance. I never can thank Dr Kate ball for all she has done from my dog being diagnosed with bladder cancer to this day having to put her to sleep. Dr Kate ball is informative, friendly, handled every time I came in as what else can we do for kaia my dog, and in the end was beyond a comfort to have with me helping kaia to the rainbow bridge. Many thanks to the kind and compassionate people at Mokena Animal Clinic. This clinic came highly recommended by a family who adopted Boomer from Safe Now Animal Rescue and they were spot on with their praises. Every staff member we encountered was kind, compassionate, and took plenty of time explaining things to us during our unfortunate situation. I could not have expected more.

My dog had slip disk. I went to 3 clinics that turned me down. They didnt have room or we didnt have a membership. I took her to this animal clinic and they took me in right away. It was a great experience the staff their was amazing. The prices are reasonable too. They took care of her. I recommend anyone whos pet is sick or something to go to this clinic.

Having health issues with our beloved pets is hard enough. Every one from the front office to the people in the back were kind, compassionate, and professional. Dr. Fazio was amazing! You can tell she is an animal lover and truly cared about our situation. I cant thank everyone there enough! Highly recommend!

We took a lot of time and did a lot of research to find a vet for our little girl. We have been exceptionally satisfied with Mokena Animal Clinic. It is the only place we trust with our familys pets. Great staff, great doctors and people that take the time to explain any issues.

I love my vet! I take all four of my cats there. The facility is very clean, and everyone is professional and kind. We usually see Dr Fazio, but have also seen Dr Ball and Dr Wajda, they are all fantastic. I honestly do not believe I could find a better place.

I just moved to the area and was without a vet. My 1 year old puppy was extremely sick, over a holiday weekend, and Dr. Mary Beth saw me without a problem. She even gave me a discount on one of the tests she had to run. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!
