I DO NOT recommend Banfield. I have a puppy, he needed all his shots so I decided to buy a wellness plan, once he got all the shots he needed I continued paying for the wellness plan. The puppy is 8 months old, and I have had him for 6 months in which I already had 2 situations. The first one was when his eyes were tearing and he could not see because of the infection. I kindly called in and asked if they can just quickly see him, but a mean lady told me to wait 2 weeks for a visit. The second situation was when he had diarrhea and I started seeing blood, it is a very dangerous sign for puppies, but the lady told me that she has an availability in almost 4 weeks for a visit or takw him to the ER! He could pass away in four weeks with the bacteria and uncontrollable diarrhea. Basically, paying for the wellness plan is just like throwing the money out to the garbage because they can never help your pet!!!

I have been very happy with the service, yes it is very busy and I do have long wait times, I think its worth the wait for the care and attention that our 2 guinea pigs receive. I did not expect that our small pets would get so much attention and I felt alittle strange bringing them in for the 1st time, but now we have had several wellness, acute problem, surgery and even grooming visits over the last two years and I cannot say enough nice things about the staff and Dr. Xie . I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this place, especially if you have a small/ exotic pet, Dr Xie is fabulous with these little ones:-)

Im very disappointed with the quality here. The first banfield I went to was in california, and my dog had a great experience. Here, they didnt pay attention to my dogs comfort levels, and were increasingly frustrated with the insecure nature of my dog, pushing him, and giving him a near phobia of the vet. I will never go here again. It seams they only care about money here. Not to mention that the problems we went here for were not fixed.

I walked in for the first time to make an appointment for my golden retriever and the lady at the customer service desk was very rude. Unlike petsmart employees who are really friendly, courteous and professional all the time I love shopping there but I will never reconsider having any type of relationship with banfield again.

Went there with an appointment and had me waiting for 2 hours. a lady in the front desk was very rude also when I asked how long it was going to take for my dog to see a vet they said they didnt know. Very poor service.

Charged me $96 to shave my dog $15 to clip the nails and $15 to clean her ears . I could of had all that done for $70 note that these charges werent mentioned to me I took her in for another issue
