I was in fact extremely satisfied with my experience at Dr. Dental in Braintree. I have had some very bad experiences in the past and have been the recipient of some poor service at dental offices, but starting with the minute I walked in I was greeted by Tess at the front desk in a very courteous and timely manner, she put me at ease and answered my many questions I had. It is quite a drive for me also since the office is a good 45 minutes from where I live but the service is well worth the drive, when I was being prepped for my procedures, I was very nervous for what was about to come but the assistant, Marcela, explained things and help to calm me down so that I was not nervous any longer she did a fantastic job, very impressed with her above and beyond approach with me and I assume all clients. I want to also mention Dr. Patel, I have never had such a patient Doctor who explains things so thouroughly, and has compassion for the patient who is nervous and not comfortable sitting in that chair. He put me at ease, explained everything he was doing, and did so in a calm, professional manner. I want to thank you guys for doing such a good job, and look forward to being your patient for many years to come! Jason Reis

I was extremely nervous to get dental work done, I was nervous even just for the exam, but between the girls working at the desk, the dental assistants and the dentist himself they made me feel so comfortable! I went back two days in a row for cavity fillings. And with the help of sedation I went back the week after for two teeth extractions, and plan going back again next week for more extractions. They are so friendly and helpful and laid back. I used to go to a different dentist every time I needed a cleaning because I didnt like the one before, but I will never EVER go anywhere else, now that Ive found the best dentist. They helped me build my confidence, and I can smile with pride now because my smile is perfect compared to how bad it was before I came here. Thank you everybody at Dr dental Braintree!!!

First of all, the entire staff of Dr. Dental Braintree is awesome!! Tess is amazing!! So sweet, funny and very helpful with everything. Dr. Patel is an artist. I love to smile now because I feel so much more confident. He is very caring and explains everything he is going to do before hand. Im so incredibly happy with my brand new smile. Christina is great! She calmed all my nerves and made it so much easier to come in and get the work done. She definitely knows her stuff!! Thank you all for making coming to the dentist so much easier.

What a great dental office! I had a great experience here. Love the environment there, the doctors treat you well and the dental assistants go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! I would, and have, recommend this location to anyone I know who needs dental work or even just a routine clean up. I hope the other branches are as great as this one so the people I referred from other parts of Mass can have the same experience I did.

Love Dr Dental of Braintree!! Dr. Roahen and his team are all amazing! Everyone there is very friendly and they all take the extra step to make you feel welcomed. (This is now coming from someone who had bad dental experiences in the past and hates going.) Dr. Roahen is phenomenal at what he does, and he takes the time to explain and reassure you. Wont be going anywhere else! I highly recommend Dr Dental of Braintree.

There was an understandable short wait because of a unexpected situation with the patient before me. The receptionist kept me abreast of things until the dentist was ready for me. The assisting tech was very nice and reassuring. The dentist was calm, comforting, and patient with a tooth that wasnt overly cooperative. I left feeling well - informed and taken care of.

This is a great new office, the staff is very friendly and puts you at ease, the new manager Tess goes above and beyond to all who visit. The doctor is very patient and informative, really cares for his patients for sure. I highly recommend that anyone looking for an upgrade in their dental care to give this office and shot, great for kids too.

I called in the afternoon and they took me right away! The care they gave me was AMAZING!!! I had to get my tooth pulled and they made sure I was comfortable and took such great care of me!! I have never liked to go to the dentist since I was s kid, I was never comfortable with them until I found dr dental, I went there because of a toothache the staff made me feel at home and the dental work is unbelievable I have recommended them to all of my friends and family they are awsome

Hadnt been to the dentist in too long and had a toothache. I was nervous but the staff at dr. Dental made me feel comfortable and were extremely welcoming. Ended up needing some Dental work. Dr. Patel did a thorough fantastic job. I highly recommend them. Thanks Dr. Dental!
