My husband went there for a visit to get blood work done. They asked him if he was there for a physical. He told them he was not. They said that was they had him down for. He said, no physical.... So, they did not DO a physical, just the basic office visit. When we got our bill he had been coded as receiving a physical! The coders claim they cannot change it. I am trying to get a response from the doctors nurse to get this straightened out. Our insurance does not pay for a "physical" which was $172.00! And, I am sure not paying for something he did not get. Ive heard this has happened before. I will post if this is taken care of. Just want to warn everyone to be careful and make sure you are coded correctly. UPDATE: The coding issue was finally taken care of by the doctor. This was such unnecessary aggravation. Looks like the coders could "change" things after all.

If I could give them less I would. I recently went to core physicians walk in clinIc, first I waited 2 hours to see a doctor for less than 5 minutes. The doctor came in looked in my ear and down my throat, did not diagnose anything. Prescribed me two medicines which he did not explain what were nor told me why I was takIng them and walked out the door as quickly as he walked in. (I was there for what I thought was an eye infection and a sore throat) now here I am three days later app of my problems are worse and now I have been back to the doctor and turns out I had pink eye and strep. Two things that would have been nice to know three days ago, now my tonsils are so swollen I can barley eat. This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. I even waited am hour and 15 min just to fill out paperwork.

I dont know what they are complaining a seeing a Doctor is not like going thru a drive-in at McDonald. Some patients require longer visit. I am a patient at this facility, and yes I had to wait, but life goes on. My Doctor an his Nurse are quite pleasant. As far as the Saturday and or Sunday clinic, I have a friend that broke his shoulder and he was in and out of there fast. Some folks are never happy regardless how much your try. I was there today and the young lady on the floor were more than nice, they went above expectations, they made calls for me and then I got called and my problem was solved, took about 6 minutes, and truly they did not have too. Dont like them go some where else. Thank you Dr.Kanth and Monica and of course the rest of the staff. Annemarie Murdock

I have been going to Core Physician for 5 years now, never had a bad experience.The wait time is not bad at all.I love my doctor and the staff are friendly and they get the job done. Thanks everyone!
