Edit: One day after posting this review I finally get a call from the pharmacy that my prescription was changed. So, theres that I guess. I went there for a check up and got a prescription. The prescription wasnt covered by my insurance but an alternate form was. The pharmacy faxed them this information twice to get the doctor to either change the prescription or negotiate with the insurance company. No response for days so I called the office again to explain the issue. Days pass, nothing, so I call the office yet again. This time the person answering the phone tells me they have no record of anything but she will send the note to the doctor. Days pass no contact from the office. I call again. I will also note during these calls the people answering the phone are pretty short with you and give the impression you are bothering them. Again during this call they act like this is the first they have heard of this issue and once again promise to forward this to the doctor. Fast forward. its been over a month since my appointment and not a word from this office. The only time I speak to them is if I call them.

Doctor not available for my Appt. even though I specifically requested a doctor and not a Nurse Practitioner when I made the appt. I just received a $700 bill for lab work that I was not informed they would be doing. The lab work was sent to an out of network lab. This was certainly not discussed with me. I made it very clear what insurance I carried and that I did not want out of pocket expenses. I have never received lab results so have no idea what the results are or what they were for. I was pressured to do a yearly physical several times while I was there. Even though I did not need one. Not professional. Untrustworthy.

My doctor Cynthia Ketterer works in the west Houston Clinic on Memorial Dr. I go there because its around the corner from my residence . I needed to see her and she was working at the southwest clinic and I had to go to that facility. I was very impressed with the staff. They were prompt and courteous from the minute I arrived. They were very professional in every aspect. It was my first time there and I felt like I had been going to that facility for years. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs medical help. Very, very good job!

GREAT SERVICE!! I went yesterday to treat my back injury, and great service. the office staff was great I talked to Claudia was real professional and friendly helped me with questions I had about the paperwork and Cinthia recommended a physical and was really friendly. My husband was injured at work from the beginning both Dr. Parti and Dr. Maghsoudi have been extremely caring and Cynthia was very helpful I cant say enough about their assistance. My husband, Jose is still receiving attention, in addition the attention he received in therapy side I dont recall the fellows name he was very helpful and caring to him. Dr. Maghsoudi is amazing! She is a pleasant and caring doctor. My lower back and legs were injured at work and she helped me to recover from my work injury, she explained everything thoroughly about my condition and my case. The wait time is about 15 to 20 minutes. Overall, its a great office and I recommend highly.
