I brought my 5 yr old in for a well check up before school for her flu shot. They did not have any. During her first couple of weeks of school she contracted strep/flu and was brought back into office. Before I brought her in I made an emergency call for the doctor to call me. While waiting for Islam to call back with phone in hand, he called letting it ring once and hung up. So I ended up bringing her in when the doors opened. Sybil the NP brought the test results back in confirming it was strep and flu. She said for her to miss the whole week of school. She was correct in my daughter needing that because she puked until the Sunday before school started. Now the office doesnt want to give a school letter stating that she is excused except for 3 days. I contracted the flu from my daughter right away so I asked them to fax the letter. They not only called me over and over with me giving the fax number it was never faxed at all. I went into the office today and they were not busy at all. Still stating they cannot do the whole entire week just 3 days. Saying they called me and I said she was better which is ridiculous. I had called about her eyes being glued shut and blood shot worried about pink eye. Realizing it was just the flu I said her eyes were better because I was putting a cold commpress on her eyes. The entire office is incompetent. Liz is the one who calls back and seems to put what suits here into her notes. Sybil never called and I raskedfor Dr. Islam to call me to clear this up. I have a daughter with special needs also that needs repeated care and Ive never had the worst quality of patient care as Ive had with this office. Dont bring your kids here. They have plenty of other doctors in The Woodlands so find another. You will never hear from them just the extremely incompetent staff.

I do like this place. The doctors are very helpful. My only concern is that 99% of the times I go I have to wait 30+ min after my appointment time. Ok several occasions Ive waiting for over an hour. They overbook themselves everyday it gets pretty annoying

The office is a complete mess, the medical staff are very minimal. If your child has any special needs at all (physical disabilities) they dont want to deal with it, they only work with "normal" healthy kids.
