Three years ago, 2014, Dr. Ketter was highly recommended by a coworker. I was new to the area and needed a general practitioner to help monitor my blood pressure, as well as anxiety and panic attacks. My family had just moved to the area. We are from a small town and our family doctor handled these issues. Well, there was no problem obtaining my blood pressure medicine prescription. All hell broke loose when I inquired about the medication, I take for panic attacks. The nurse practitioner left the room. Then Dr. Ketter comes in the treatment room. She was very upset, and proceeded to tell me that shes not prescribing any medication for anxiety induced panic attacks. Next, Dr. Ketter, in a very disrespectful and degrading manner, went on to inform me that I would have to find a doctor who specializes in anxiety to fill a prescription for me. Understandably, I asked her to recommend a doctor in the area who specializes in anxiety induced panic disorders. Instead of being helpful, Dr. Ketter, was only becoming increasingly agitated with me, which baffled me, because I wasnt being demanding nor disrespectful towards her or her nurse practitioner. Finally, this woman, angrily told me to, "Get out of here now!" Ive never in my life been treated so disrespectfully by any health care professional or anyone considered to be a professional. I was made to feel dirty and less of a human being because I inquired about anxiety medication. My coworker who recommended her was so shocked, she asked me if I was at the correct doctors office and made me describe how the doctor looked, just to make sure it was the wonderful doctor, she recommended. We deduced, perhaps Dr. Ketter had an issue with some patients and was being proactive with protecting herself against drug seekers. Although, that was more than likely the issue, she should have done a better job with me. Playing the race card is something I rarely do, but I often wonder if this humiliating encounter had anything to do with my brown skin, hopefully not. Again, this was 3 years ago and perhaps there was a lot going with that medical practice. Even if the latter is true, theres absolutely no excuse for her behavior.

I hope that by me leaving this review it will help improve the experience for other patients. Im new to the area and this was my first check up since moving here. The office visit to see the dr about a common issue took almost 3hrs. While I was in the office you could here different ring tones and such from the office staffs phones while I was waiting to be seen(I realize we all have phones but not very professional in my opinion). While talking to the dr I was told that my medicine would be covered by my insurance and they would call it in to the pharmacy. This was on Thursday. I called the pharmacy Friday evening to realize my prescription was never called in so I had to wait until Monday. Thankfully it wasnt something I had to have. I also found out that the medicine wasnt covered by my insurance when the dr told me it was. After calling back up to the dr office I was told there must have been a mix up at the pharmacy(There was no mix up Meds werent covered and prescription wasnt called in). I was told that they would check on my medicine insurance coverage and they would get back with me. Its going on 2-3 weeks now and havent heard a word from the dr office in regards to my medicine. I have since gone elsewhere and wont be returning to this facility. I hope others have a better experience than I did. God bless to all.

Even though Dr. Ketterer is a very nice, professional and caring doctor, some of the staff here could take lessens from her! I called in November and left a very urgent, almost emergency message for the on call nurse and I am still waiting for that call back and the majority of the time, if I need a refill, my pharmacy will try three times to get it done and then I have to call to make sure it gets done. And, to top it all off, I just had to call about a prescription, AGAIN, was on hold for over 5 minutes, hung up , called back and the woman that answered the phone, "Guida" all but called me a liar. She said that they send all refill request back everyday. Um, if that were true Miss Rudeness, I wouldnt be talking to you right now. She transferred me to the nurse who saw that this process started last week and the refill was just sent in today by Dr. K. Sad to say I might need to find a new doctor because of the staff. Again, most are kind and cordial, but getting hassled and being called a liar is not professional or acceptable.

Dr. Ketter was on vacation when I went in but Dr. Anugwom (Dr. A) was just as pleasant and super friendly. He made sure I was very comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly so that I understood everything that was going on. Before performing any tests he always let me know what it would be testing for. My nurse April, was beyond amazing, she is so friendly and she made me feel super comfortable. She answered any and every question I asked and if she was not sure she made sure to find out for me. I will definitely be going back and I recommend it 100% the staff and the doctors are amazing!

We arrived there with our son with his whole right side of his eye swollen and we got there at 5:40 And they told us they couldnt see us because they already took there last patient when they close at 6:30!! And my son is probably having an allergic reaction to something and we dont know what, and they turn us away!! Not wanting to help us at all!! For it to be a clinic and turn away two worry parents and a 2 year old boy and told us they couldnt see us!!! Never ever will i be going there ever again or never recommend this place to my family or to my worse enemy!!

This place is awful. I would not recommend. I had an appointment at 2:45, didnt get called into the back until 4 and waited back there for an hour before I was finally seen by a doctor. My reason for visit wasnt even that big of a deal and definitely not worth the long wait time. Also, the waiting room was severely small and only had about 10 chairs.

This place is amazing. Not sure why the low reviews. Some people expect the world. The wait time was not even long. Anay is amazing and would come back cause she treats you good and is very attentive My doctor is also great. I will keep coming here and hope other people do to. This place is great and will treat you right.
