I cannot give them a Zero or I would. had me waiting or a long time because they were checking my insurance and forgot about actually checking the insurance. finally when they took me when I told them I would pay out of pocket I noticed how the nurse rolled her eyes when the girl that checked my son asked if she could take him to one of her rooms and she told her NO. they had us waiting again when my son had a fever of 102.9 and the doctor didnt even hear when I was explaining what was wrong with my boy. the nurse ( roll eye girl) had to explain to him again. and then, the doctor wanted to order blood work and crap but could not explain as to why and came up with lame excuses for the rash in my boys nose. and that it would get infected. blah blah blah!! you can tell its all about the money at that clinic. Also, doctor did not even write a prescription, he just told the nurse to send the order next door to the pharmacy that he probably owns or has business with. all about the money as far as I could tell. I heard two other different ladies complaining about their visit. one had been waiting for blood results for her boy and the other one was saying how they had given her the results for the blood test to the wrong boy again. worst experience at a doctor visit by far. will definitely not go back again ever again. such a shame.

Muy mala experiencia!!! El servicio súper malo , zero amigables y muy groseras y rudas las recepcionistas ... Me hicieron esperar por más de una hora , pasaban a toda la gente que llegaba después de mi , y eso que yo tenía cita ... Fui varias veces a preguntar y solo decían ya le va tocar , y así pasaron 30 minutos más y seguían pasando a la gente que seguía llegando después de mi ... Cuando volví a preguntar ya no sabían ni que decirme , solo me vine sin poder ver a ningún doctor , maneje 40 minutos para nada ... Aparte de que el lugar está muy sucio , y hacen muchas citas aunque no puedan atender a todas .... Jamás volveré a ese lugar ...

Excelente Doctor . muy amable su personal muy amables tan bien ya tengo más de 11 años con el desde el primer momento que fui con el me inspiró confianza me gustó la atención que me dieron y quien no quiere que atiendan bien a tus hijos . Yo en lo personal le tengo mucha fe a el por mas d 11 años y aun que viva a 45 minutos de su clínica no lo cambio X ningún doctor. Excelente yo le diera 1000 estrellas .pero solo hay 5. Así que yo lo recomiendo. Gracias Doctor Parra. Y bendiciones .

Past visits the wait has been a little long but this time it was in and out. Ive never seen this receptionsit before but she was super nice. I didnt ask her name but it was the girl with the curly hair. I was late for my appointment but she was still able to get me to a doctor with little wait time. I didnt know if my medicaid was good, i didnt even know the number but she found it very quick. My doctor was dora and she was sooo nice to my daughter. I highly recommend her or julie. Ive seen julie in the past and she takes time to listen to you. All the doctors there are really nice. The only thing that i dont like is the clinic. Its a little depressing, dim lights, theres always a homeless guy that smells like pee outside. Beer cans everywhere. Not really a kid atmosphere. But overally i really like it.

E tenido dos malas experiencias en esta clinica .resulta que atienden a sus pasientes con cita y te dicen que llegues 15 minutos antes y sorpresa pasa una hr despues y no te atienden .pasaron a pasientes que se rejistran despues de mi .. eso para mi enrealidad no se me ase justo deverian de atender a las personas conforme a su cita a el orden en el que se rejistra uno..

Tengo una hora esperando y aun no me llaman pregunte y me dicen que me sacaron de la lista por llegar tarde cuando llegue 1:20 pm xq la cita era 1:30 pm y son las 2:31 pm y solo me dicen que ya me van a pasar , me esperare para ponerle sus vacunas ami hija pero no vuelvo a venir buscaré otro pediatra , total no sólo este existe .

So far every Office Visit has been a good experience.. friendly nurses and other staff very helpful and they take their time in the exam room with questions/ answers ect. best part of all is the very short wait times with the exception of any test they might take thats a little extra wait and ofcorce understandable. Overall very happy with this doctors office & Im sorry I didnt switch to Dr. Parra sooner... Oh and with a convinent pharmacy nextdoor.. love it

Creo q no le debería de dar ni una cuando estaba el doctor te atendían muy bien pero no más se fue y muy mal servicio no se pa q te piden q a gas cita si como quiera no te respetan tu horario de cita

Algunas doctoras no son amigables mas las hispanas mi bb estaba malo y me dijeron ke lo llevara de nuevo y lo lleve y no le hisieron nada me atendio mal una doctora jamaz lo llevare y el lugar es feo

Estoy marcando desde las 7 y no me contestan de las 7:16 en adelante suena ocupado son 7:24 am y nada k les pasa mi niño esta malo y necesito una cita doctor k esta pasando ? Con la recepción?

I really like Dr. Parra, Julie, and Selina. The staff has poor customer service. Every time my kids get blood work they can never seem to call within a decent time frame. This time around I had to go back urgently to redraw labs for confirmation, I had to call them for them to realize his labs are not ready and they have to redraw. Worst pediatrician ever.

Im not sure where the people that work here received there education, from the start with the so called "receptionist " she was very unprofessional, rude and zero knowledge, why they got hired ? I dont know . Do not come here if you want to get treated like a patient . The wait is longer then 2 hours . Worst place ever.

I really like this clinic , I would recommend it . I moved here about 2 months ago. Dr.parra is a good doctor , and the staff is nice .The other doctors are nice and make sure your kid gets better.
