Dr. Koshy is wonderful and always looked into the latest medical advances; however, I am in a serious time of need and require a refill on something she has prescribed me consistently and as I am States away. She is refusing the medication which puts me at risk for my quality of life and happiness. This is very upsetting to me as this is a medication that has been very helpful to me and is being denied not based on blood work but a physical visit which requires speaking, which can be done EASILY via our electronic advances. I will now have to wait 3 or more months to be seen. Not a happy patient as this was completely avoidable.

The doctors alternate locations and are not accessible to answer questions. My family and I tried this place due to the close proximity to our home but are greatly dissatisfied with service. The finally issue that we had that changed our minds about ever going back was being charged $5 by the office to write a prescription. I know it is only $5 but it is the principle of the matter!

Dr Koshy is my doctor there and she has been wonderful. Its my first time in a long time to see a different PCP, so I was pretty nervous. She truly seems to care about my well-being. I am so thankful to have a dr that is able to answer any questions I might have regarding my health, and to offer any suggestions she might have as well.

Dr. Koshy is amazing! Was nervous when I was waiting but once she came in all nerves left. She made me feel safe and cared for. She took time took explain and never made me feel like she was just "doing her job". She made me feel as if she was there to make me feel better!
