The office staff is rude and very unprofessional. The latest office mgr. ( Azesse) and receptionist are now making medical decisions for patients. And seem to determine who can and can not see a P.A or Dr. there. regardless of means of payment or ins. My visit there, I saw 2 ladies escorted out for fighting.. I had questions about medication the receptions could ? would not answer. after waiting 2 1/2 hrs. and seeing new walk ins called back, I went back to the counter where she was verbally abusive and slammed my chart which she had not even put up there for me to be seen, and yelled at the people in the back yall see her, maybe someone can explain iit, I dont have THE TIME. WELL GUESS WHAT THATS HER JOB. then I was given the wrong & incomplete medications. Next stop is the AMA about how serious my visit was. Glad I have witnesses.. Getting a new Dr.

Very disappointed with this dr. Office I have a son who is terminally ill and they will not give me any letters stating his disability without him being seen ,they want to charge me $40 just for his medical records and he has Medicaid and because I cannot work ,he requires 254 hour care . The lady in the front desk is very rude and the doctors have no empathy or bed side manners I do not recommend this office to anyone. And I will be contacting the better business buro....

First, know that the front desk may require cash or and ATM card to get in. The doctor is fine and will probably see you fairly promptly. Getting prescription refills approved is near impossible - I had to call for weeks the first time and am having the problem again with another prescription. They simply deny that the pharmacy ever called or faxed them, and I have a lot more reason to believe the pharmacist. Perhaps its because the clinic has its own pharmacy.

After reading all reviews, we were a little apprehensive since my husband had an upcoming first visit with Dr. Salimah Cumber. This was our experience--- we first noticed staff was busy but seemed friendly to everyone. ( our wait was about 1 hour ) Dr. Cumber was very pleasant , very professional (and not in a rush ) took the time to explain all medications exams ect. She was very thorough and very pleasant. So glad all turned out well!
