I have been putting up with this place for 3 years, mainly for the sake of convenience. I think I am done now. I have to come for monthly visits to have my prescriptions refilled. Of all the times I have been here, I have only seen the actual doctor maybe 4 or 5 times. Every other time I come, I am seen by a Physicians Assistant (a few different ones). Although qualified on paper to treat patients, the PAs have no business treating patients as a doctor should...and all of the PAs Ive seen here have been incompetent. Oh, and they have no problem charging me and my insurance full price for a DOCTOR visit! The office staff is very rude, and treat every patient as a burden. They are incredibly disorganized as well. They have lost paperwork and charts for my family, and Ive heard the same has happened to other patients while I was in the waiting room. We have expressed our disgust with the office staff previously with the doctor, but nothing changed.

We just moved nearby and needed to find new doctors we could depend on and build a long term relationship with. When I called a woman answered and immediately put me on hold for 10 minutes. She apologized and said they were swamped. She took down all my information including the insurance info, told me what day was available, but then said someone will call me later to book that day. I thought that was odd but okay. Well no one called me until the week after! Kind of ridiculous wouldnt you agree? Therefore, I took my business elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend this place because the customer service I received.

Avoid like the plague. Extremely unprofessional, trying to get my childs prescription on time before his STAAR tests is like pulling teeth with this office/"Dr". Called 12 times and all calls went unanswered, left many messages and no response or call back. They will also charge a rescheduled fee even if though they didnt mention it over the phone! Just needed a new prescription. Simple right? Wrong ! Paid co-pay plus $50 reschedule fee and still no prescription after 5 days!! Looking for another Dr. Lord help this lady.

I made an appointment for my son.. Was so happy I finally found a Dr, then for them to call me a day before his appointment saying they dont take his insurance. I said really a day before, after I waited months for this day, she answered well it dont matter we dont take his type of Medicaid. So unprofessional, and still till this day I cant find a Dr.

Any psych/doctor knows in dealing with psych patients that you need to spend more than 7 minutes with them. Tried for a year was never really happy with Arene or Joy. Always problems with appts and meds not being faxed over. And also to bad mouth other Doctors and staff is very unprofessional. Not informative at all.

Very disappointed. If been a patient for many years. Without notice everything changed, and I found out my insurance was not being billed correctly so essentially, the office was double dipping. In search for a new provider.

When Ive gotten in to see them, I got prescriptions that helped, but I cant get anyone to answer the phone. What are their hours that no one answers the phone in the middle of the afternoon?
