First of all , 0 star is for the staff itself. I have been called the office like 3 times regarding to the statement that they sent to my mom for the service back in January 2015. I had John to write down my name , information , and contact number to call me back. He told me that he will get back with the billing manager and call me back on Monday next week. As you can imagine, no one ever called me on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. When I brought my mom in the office on Thursday and asked John. He brought another gentleman to talk to me. David gave me a letter from my moms insurance company. It stated that my mom doesnt have insurance coverage. The letter date is March 2015. I asked David that what is the reason no one ever contact my mom before regarding to this issue ? He told me that the office hired somewhere else to take care of the billing and claim coverage. No one will be able to help you with questions regarding to your bills and statement in the office. Therefore, he suggested my mom can chose not to pay for the bill and they will send it to collection agent. It is very unethical here as a health care provider offices statement. You are patients advocate. You are supposed to be an effective communicator. Why do they have to make it so hard on a simple matter : checking the claim for any error before sending the bills to the patient and making it right before any escalation ? My moms insurance coverage stay the same since 2014. When I called the Insurance Member Service line , the representative confirmed it and gave me a reference number. With Davids vague answer about their billing department , I am not sure where I could turn in my moms little concern for clarification. My mom had been working real hard all her life. She lives with fixed income. Receiving statement and threat to report collection agent can be an unnecessary nightmare for her. Most of all, she is not at fault. My mom has to come for a office visit which include a blood test every three month in order to have your hyperlipidemia prescription refill. The waiting time is always at least 2 hours or more. We got there at 9:30 AM and left the office at 11:30 AM with a new prescription and not even 5 minutes with the doctor.

Ive been seeing Dr. Le for over a year now. I am happy with my experience and Doctor-Patient relationship. The waiting area is spacious, and the entire office is spotless clean. I would recommend to anyone.
