this is the worst place in the whole world to get treatment from. I will not recommend it specially if u r looking for Ear, Nose, Throat specialists. They are liars, and they dont help their clients. all they want is money and no treatment... they will say u r fine blalaa blaaa but ... my first day there they mess my appointment and wait 4 hours and on top of that they charge me $300 for stupid check up which did even help can u believe it and I report them to my provider. Stay away from this f*** place and dont stress yourself out.

I really liked Dr. Buechler because I felt like he really cared about what I was feeling. Unlike other Doctors that want to send you to all kinds of testing to figure out what is going on, he actually cared that he said that before he made me spend a lot of money on tests that he would rather I try over the counter medication. I started that today and I will see how it goes. He said to bug him at any time if I didnt get better and we would go from there. Loved him!

Dr. Shen and her office were very professional and courteous. I had heard good things about Dr. Shen and she lived up to them. She listened to my issue and spent time with me answering all my questions. I think that she was very engaged and felt that she cared and was interested. I will definitely continue to use her services.

I was able to make an appointment with Dr Buechler quickly. His staff was nice and helpful. Once I was in his exam room I did not have to wait long before he came into see me. It was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend him.
