overall the place is a joke. i spent many hours of my life waiting in er room thats packed with obama care clients. low lifes tying up resources in an effort to get more drugs to get high or make money sellin them on the streets. the staff is full of hood rats and ghetto garbage. last visit i watched someone covered in ghetto tatoos flex and stretch his muscles as he bullsh$%$ with some worthless security guard.he was wearing scrubs and clearly was avoiding doing his job.maybe instead of using steroids and focussing on bein a tuff guy, he should worry about his job and keeping it. where am i, a prison yard. the gym. the block? very seldom will you meet or come accross a member of the staff that not only speaks clear english but that is actually compassionate about helping people.my family have made several complaints due to lack of follow through, failure to inform, failure to communicate, etc etc. i have had medical issues in the past that warranted need to test blood and urine. i did not consent verbally or in writting for a drug test panel to be ran. my doctor comes in and informs me the dangers of smoking medical marijuana amd how i need to stop taking what another doctor has prescribed me. not only was it emberassing to my and family, it was unprofessional. kaiser is a joke. i will be changing carriers as soon as possible. hands down the worst place you can go for medical attention.next time im peeing blood ill just talk with a bum under the bridge. in closing i warned you. how many visits ive made to be educated by a doctor thats reading from a google search result.. hahaha i did that on my phone, why do you think im here.i want a doctor to help fix it, not guess at the problem

I took my husband to the Kaiser Emergency Room in Vacaville, California, due to symptoms of dehydration and lack of nutrition. He admitted he hadnt eaten or had much to drink that day, but felt it necessary to get him checked out just in case. When we arrived, his state was rapidly deterriorating (hearing loss, head swimming, ouldnt walk, etc.). I didnt realize that admitting to MEDICAL MARIJUANA use would result in poor service, rude comments, unnecessary testing, and THE COPS BEING CALLED. A nurse by the last name "Sooky" wasthe absolute worst healthcare "professional" Ive ever encountered. She denied my request to give him an IV (as I mentioned, he admitted to being dehydrated), and instead told him he was essentially "too stoned". Mind you, we hadnt smoked in roughly 2 hours prior to the ER visit. We were denied any tests that would shed some light on any possibe ailments besides dehydration, so we asked to be discharged. After practically carrying him to my car, I noticed that there were multiple patrol cars ready to pull me over. I allowed the oicer to search me and my vehicle, and guess what, NOTHING. Will never step foot in a Kaiser facility again. Thanks for the $700 waste of time.

I had heard such great things about Kaiser. Maybe this review shouldnt be for the whole hospital but rather the ER. It was late and my fiance had had enough of dealing with the pain as the result of a failing spinal fusion. Bolts are rubbing against the inside of her back and she just wants some relief, preferably permanent. The pain is easily a 9/10. Shes not a pill seeker. She avoided her usual hospital of North Bay because they dont seem to take her seriously. They likely think shes a pill seeker. Trust when I say shes not. There was 10 or less people, maybe 5 or 6 patients total to be seen and it took 2 1/2 hours to be led back to a room, only to wait an additional 45 minutes to even see a doctor to explain the situation. I realize that the hospital has maybe 2 doctors in the ER at night but seriously...the rooms werent even full. I dont know if we will give this ER another shot after this. We will see how the care goes and maybe Ill give a better review. Up your game Kaiser. I expect better from you.

Horrible Pharmacy Service from Garrett. Have been a Kaiser member for many years 28 to be exact. My husband (also a Kaiser member) went to the pharmacy to have a prescription filled. It was for a pain medication prescribed from an out of Kaiser doctor for a work-related back injury he has suffered with for 17 years. Prescription and treatment plan from Stanford doctors. Garrett informed him that he would not fill the prescription because after all how did he know he was not an addict or a drug dealer. He made this accusation quite loudly in front of other pharmacy customers. Despicable and shocking service. My husband was stunned at this treatment. Will make sure to share the complaint with my employer.

Thank you Kaiser Vacaville. My mother had a hypertensive crisis and I wanted to thank everyone from the doctors in the urgent care and ER, the assistant who smiled and took her vitals, the nurse who expeditiously transferred my mother to the ER and lastly to Bruce, her nurse, in the ER. He was responsible for most of my mothers care. Bruce was calm, funny, patient, competent, and the best IV starter PERIOD. His demeanor and respect for my mother eased her soul. His method of teaching and listening allowed my mother to make informed decisions. Thank you ....

The facility was clean and most of the people were nice but there were some very rude nurses in the ICU. Why a respiratory therapist administered the wrong dose of insulin is beyond me. When my aunt questioned procedures and outcomes one of the nurses snootily asked, "whats your medical background." The staff is very lucky my grandmother was discharged and got better. Had she have died... The blood is totally on their hands.

The hospital staff have been giving excellent care to my 90 year old father these past six days. Its a beautiful, clean hospital and his room is large and private. The teamwork is outstanding to provide the best care. They take the familys concerns and input seriously and listen very well. They are great at explaining the treatment and care options. Praise and thanks to all the staff.

In recent months we have had appointment for our annual physical, used online messaging to communicate with our doctor and had a trip to the ER . Each time we were treated professionally, given time to get proper treatment and have our concerned addressed

Their emergency room surprisingly doesnt have a ridiculous wait time like other hospitals I have been to. Not overly crowded. Their pharmacy is a little crowded. I love the mail order medications, free shipping too!

These people are rude and horrible at their jobs. They sit and talk while there are people waiting and then dont know who got there first so the people who are first have to continue to wait.

My daughter was treated for a dangerous infection. The staff was highly professional and courtesy. They saved her life! A great place.
