My experience was lovely, the people were very nice. However, I arrived on a knee walker and it was a very long way from the parking to radiology, where I needed to go. My test was early, and over quickly - everything was clearly new and state of the art. The technician was very nice. However - I was there for a CT scan of my foot after an operation done eight weeks again. My insurance decrees that radiology tests can only be done at the University of Miami. This test was timely as I need it to be read by my Dr. at Doctors Hospital so that I may begin to do physical therapy. This was done on Monday. I waited for the disc to be made and brought immediately to my Doctors office. None of this was easy, as I am on a knee walker and my husband is still recovering from a hip fracture. At the end of the day, it was read. Instead of three different views, the same view was sent three times! This is incompetence! I am just hoping that this terrible and untimely error can be quickly and easily remedied.

I have severe visual problems and walk with a cane for the blind in addition to my epilepsy which is not stable. Valets are an excellent feature. Intake person was warm and friendly, although I did not receive my HIPPA form. The Triage section was a disaster and did not offer any privacy with my voice and details being vocalized outside of some less than cubicle room with a curtain across from a waiting room. Nurse Jessica was abrasive and seemed to be in this field for the salary and not for the humanity of nursing. Dr. Serranos exam room is a much better office/exam room than he has had/than he has as compared to Kendall and Downtown. Overall, the 3rd floor is a maze of corridors, stations, and doors. The person, Jon, doing the exit must have been a new employee. He was slow and could not disseminate information properly or timely.

the only thing good about it is being shiny,they give out cookies they play music and serve coffee. getting an appointment is very difficult,doctors are careless,respond late or dont respond at all to questions on my chart,they dont even respond to pharmacies requesting a refill. Something more troubling about Lennar is the amount of people that work there,pay attention from the moment you arrive there is at least 8 people wrestling to park your car,security guards ,cleaners,front personnel,nurses and in return not too many patients,as you know they all have to get paid and the question is who is paying their salaries? In conclusion bigger is not always better,i used to like that place before it became Lennar because of its efficiency.

Beautiful facility with inefficient processes. Went for a contact fitting. Someone called to say my contacts were ready. When I went to pick them up they didnt have a prescription on file or have them ready. I had to have at least three more conversations with people until I was sure my contacts were available. I also thought I had paid for all services but received a bill in the mail. I was surprised to see a facility like this using paper mail. When I talked to the billing center and asked if it is common practice for the Lennar Center to do billing by mail I received the following answer, "I dont know you will have to talk to the Lennar Center." Will never go to this facility again.
