They keep you on an eternal hold when you call, dont remind you when appointments are near. On top of that they did not tell me when my doctor left, kept me 6 MONTHS waiting on test results only to tell me they no longer take my health insurance and will not let me see my test results. Horrible service and pity looks will not tell me whats wrong with me!
